I don't like change and like the pros as they are right now but do get that it has to be kept fresh and can't deny that the newest pros haven't been good additions although not all personal favourites of mine.

I thought Aliona had already danced for DWTS (the tour show that is). So would they not have hired her from that if they had wanted her? Or maybe it was one of the other Russian pros where this scenario happend?

unfortunatley if that happened it would be bye bye to Erin as well. I don't want Erin to go as she is one of the few who provides a link to the show when it was more concentrated on the dancing

I think all the James/Ola leaving articles are being extrapolated from their exclusion from the tour. Contracts are never discussed this early.

You're right about Aliona - she danced on the DWTS result show and on their pro tour, but never got the call-up to their main show.


It was Moira Ross. Bizarre decision. Even Conrad Green (the DWTS exec producer) who rarely talks about individual cast members recently commented on Tristan's popularity.

We got Pasha though - for years he'd been hotly tipped to join DWTS but was never signed. But the two of them on Strictly would've been beyond amazing. And it'll be lovely to have an Irish dancer on the show.

I know it was only a bit of fun last night but I did notice that Erin could hardly be bothered during the group dance. I think she and Anton should go as they're not, in my opinion adding anything to the show. There are others who could partner older celebs.
James and Ola could go too as he's so rude and confrontational and both their choreography is boring.
