Mohammed, the Legend

It's not often you come across someone like Mohammed. At first he seemed to be an idiot. Then I felt bad because he's only young. Then I laughed because he just came out with the most ridiculous things.

Then he said it. Probably the funniest thing that has ever been said on the Apprentice. Ever.

Listen up!

His relentless insistence to get that comment in there was a joy to behold. "Yeah yeah, but I have an idea, because, y'know, honey is sweet on the tongue..."

Sheer comedy genius. I'm still laughing about it now as I think of it. And then to see the glee in his face as he got chased around the room in the final, lol. Awww, he's hilarious.

I wouldn't hire him to run my market stall but he could do a guest spot at a children's party where he just stands there and makes comments as only he can. I think he's from another planet Easily the "stand out" character on the show, for me.

lol I wasn't going to watch the rerun of the final but found myself laughing when I saw it on BBC Player last night, with Mo being chased.

I don't know if he's an idiot. I just think he's of normal, average intelligence, and also more than most of these kids, in several circumstances, is actually acting his age. I mean his zombie game and story is just a bag of lame videogame cliches tossed together, for example, but its exactly like what a kid would toss out when playing "pretend" (but what a more mature person would toss aside, since they'd see the cliches).

Mahammed was a unique candidate. There has never been anyone like him on the Apprentice before. I am sure he was chosen because he was different and people would find him interesting. I thought he was funny but I wasn't laughing at him in a condescending way. I think he will have a great future, it's a pity he was the first one to go because he made good television.

Whatever that means .
He is very lovable - perhaps we could make him a star?
Start a campaign - WE WANT MORE MAHAMMED!

I was first alerted to Mohammed by my stepson, Jacques who had been watching Young Apprentice episode 1. 'There's this guy and he says 'Honey, it's sweet on the tongue'. So what? I thought ..what's so funny about that. However, after watching I could see the funny side such to the point that weeks later I was finding myself randomly describing things as 'Sweet...sweet on the tongue' etc.
Over Christmas, with time on our hands I was thinking up inspiration for a song and Mohammed popped into my head and the rest is history.
I've read some posts about Mohammed on Youtube etc, a lot of them offensive or rude. This is not an attempt to belittle him. In the course of writing and producing the song i have grown a genuine fondness for the little guy and think he's got balls. Fair play to anyone brave enough to face Alan Sugar I say.
This song is a tribute to the man, what could have been and what still could be....

"Honey, it's sweet on the tongue, put it on your ice cream, make it taste yum!"
