Welcome back Shem, so nice to see you posting again - I love your stories of all your antics so please keep them up.
Hope everyone has a great New Year and all the best for 2012. I might not get back on so thought I would say it now, just in case.
I'm actually stressing a little bit - how do you "let go" of your kids? My oldest son (who's only 17, still a baby) is going out tonight to a party and won't be here for the bells at midnight
. Don't know yet what time he wants to stay out until but either me or his dad will have to go and pick him up so there will be major negotiations needed. He has tentatively suggested he just stays overnight somewhere (no idea where/who he's thinking of) but has been told in no uncertain terms that that's not gonna happen. Oh bring back the baby years, I'm feeling old and saying things that my mother used to say and I promised myself I would never do that

back from the babies party it was nice, got a bit of peace now but theyre coming round in a bit with there dad to sleep the night so mum can go out, and my 13 yr old is sleeping as well, her boyfriend dumped her last night !!!!!!!!!!
Afternoon all 
I have decided it was a bad idea to go out for a drink this afternoon I have had 2 large glasses of wine and now all I want to do is sleep :yawn: Anyway I may have just a little nap but I will be back later.
Ok for those who are staying in tonight are we having a party on here later? I have found a few lighthearted clips from last years BB, but if anyone would rather me not post them that is fine - don't want to make anyone feel upset at all

Being involved in the event in Bristol back in February was such a brilliant experience from start to finish. It was such a highlight of my year - meeting so many of you was just brilliant.
I hated the way it all ended between John and Josie to be honest - I just hope they're both happy going into 2012.

Have no idea when or how it came up into the conversation, but am sure I remember there was long discussions about it on here - the fact that he recorded his friends conversations, and kept records of everything in files.
So we did used to joke about it - and wondered whether he had brought his files over from Australia when he came to live here - I guess he didn't!

I will always treasure the memories of Bristol.
It is funny how many are popping in to say hello at this time of year but then this is the time for reflection isn't it.
We started the year on a high for JJJ and for those who went to Bristol it was a magical time that I know I will treasure.
It was such a surprise to us when JJJ became J & JJ but whatever I just hope they are happy but also that they remember that it was an experience of life that they should treasure too because regardless of how it turned out they have had a moment of thei lives hat meant alot to them.
May I wish everyone a very Happy 2012 when it comes

Hi I'm a newbie. Been a lurker for almost a year. I joined in April this year but in November was asked to verify my password but couldn't remember it, so had to rejoin again. Many a time I've wanted to post and couldn't pluck up the courage so here goes. Hope I don't regret it. I appreciate both John and Josie but they have both done my head in at times. Just hope they both have a better new year.

Welcome to the madhouse at times but do not be afraid to post and hope you continue to post. I agree at times they have both done our heads in.
