Chelsee undermarked

Does anyone else agree that Chelsee was undermarked? I undestand her showdance was only worth 9s, but Craig with all of her other dances sounded as though he was going to award her with a 10 but came out with a 9! I completely think if Craigs marks had been parallel to his comments she would have had three 40s and being a fan of Chelsee I believe that could have been the difference between her winning and losing!

No, she didn't quite step up to Harry's technique. She looked a bit nervous, actually. She deserved the 9s compared to those where Harry got 10. The scores mattered not one jot though, it was only on public voting last night.

I really enjoyed last night, not having a favourite. I've not been able to split Harry and Chelsee for weeks. One better technique and the other more natural exuberance. They both deserved to win!

I don't think anyone other than a totally committed Chelsee fan would think she was undermarked. I also think Chelsee and Pasha would agree. She was under par last night, and it showed.

As Kez said, the judges' marks were there only for 'guidance'. By your reckoning, the judges putting Jason top of the leaderboard should have meant that we would vote accordingly and Jason would win. Clearly the Great British Public have minds (and eyes) of their own, and voted for Harry.

I honestly think this is the first series of Strictly where nobody can seriously claim 'HE/SHE WUZ ROBBED!'

Without a doubt, Chelsee definitely deserved 10's especially from Craig who's vision or brain must be impaired.
A lovely young lady who has performed excellently and exceeded all expectations. The high quality performance of far more difficult technical moves than anybody else has been absolutely amazing and she deserved to win just for that.

No, not undermarked. She was not up to full speed, which I was sorry about as she'd been my choice for a while.
Anyway, it doesn't matter whether they gave her or any of them 2 or 10, it made no difference to the result, so I can't see the point in worryting.

I thought she was overmarked. Specially for her jive which was worse than the first time she did it. So if the first time got a 39, the one in the final should've received less than that.

And same with her Rumba. Definitely not worth the same marks as Kara's rumba. It's difficult to compare dances across series, but if you're going to give the highest rumba mark ever achieved (and only 1 off the full mark), you should at least give it to dance that was technically close to Kara's rumba.

No, in fact I think she was very much overmarked last night, and if it hadn't been the final she wouldn't have scored so highly.

Her jive wasn't the same standard it had been first time round, the kicks were worse (her toes were pointed at the ceiling rather than the floor) and her hands were like pancakes at several points rather than shaped as she normally does so well. There were also stumbles in her rumba and a couple of points I felt she was about to lose it altogether, and her Quickstep was very disjointed in parts. Her showdance was just a bit of a mess. All errors due to nerves I would think, but nonetheless they meant none of her dances was worth a 40.

They were all overmarked though - I'm glad Harry's QS got 40 as it should have done first time around, but if Craig was being fussy he'd have marked him down for a pancake left hand at the start. Jason's posture was appalling in the Tango yet he got a couple of 10s, and his showdance was by no means perfect.
