Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I can't find anywhere else to post this.
I am thinking of getting a decent pair of headphones to make my two hours of commuting on the train each day a little more bearable.
The one's I fancy are the Bose QC15's although they are very pricey. I can get someone to bring me a pair back from the states for about £200. They RRP at £279 here.
I just wondered are they mainly for people who fly often as this is what they seem to market towards.
The Monster beats get great reviews and are a little cheaper but I can't help but feel I'd look an idiot wearing those. I certainly look at people on the train and think "You look an idiot wearing them!" "Who do you think you are? A premiership footballer?!"
Advice most welcome !
Bottom line is I don't want the rest of my carriage to hear my music as they currently get to with my apple "in your ear" type. I want noise cancelling and also want great quality sound.
