It is only gossip but Louis Walsh does seem to have a hand in a lot of these young acts that came to auditions.

If he hasn't got The X Factor then y go to the trouble of discussing him.

I'm not saying he's fantastic, I personally think it was a crime to let him through and not andy, but u can't say he is completely talentless.”

What I'm saying is he's actually a better singer than Andy (sorry andy), but has not got the X factor.
People are talking about him but not exactly in a good way lol.
Not all publicity is good publicity.
Rik Waller was talked about where is he now?

...they used to say that about Johnny"Count them..yes 3" Logan

"What's another year, For someone who's lost everything that he owns?"

GE-NI-US.

What's funny is that no-one mentions how many come from say London..or anywhere else....only if they are from Wales, Scotland, Ireland

I personally don't find Tabby that good... I don't think he has the X-Factor nor do I find him in any way attractive.

I finally got a chance to watch the xtra factor which I'd recorded and I've totally revised my opinion of Tabby. The guy needs his guitar - When they were all jamming in the garden and he played and sang Kiss it was fanastic, the others loved it too! Great atmosphere.

Seems the gossip was correct. Tabby is in the Star today talking about his friendship with Kian of Westlife. I take it that the Louis Walsh connection is true too.

Surely a good singer can sing with or without a guitar

Ok got 2 things to say about this...

Rik wallers still a fat prat...he lives in the same road as my nan usually see him attempting to walk, now and then

and the other thing, i don't think tabby can sing. since when has screaming and murdering a song been classed as singing...mind you some of the acts around nowadays are pretty useless

Soz didn't mean to sound like I thought he could sing, just that Andy needs training to control his voice, his emotione tends to exceed his control.
With a little work Andy would surpass Tabby with ease in the singing department.
With a lot of work Tabby maybe able to catch up an amoeba in personality

Yes i see what your saying about andy, ok so hes not the best singer, but imo he doesn't have to force screams out of him to sing

I too thought Sharon was deliberating between 2 of the girls. I thought her final 3 would be Roberta, Tabby and Andy. Cassie is a bit bland. I would much rather someone like Tabby than the usual kid who can sing without much charisma.

So you go with the person who can't sing without much charisma

No the one with charisma, stage presence and the one not whipping out a sob story at just the right time to manipulate the over emotional judges.

Tabby can sing, I like him. I don't see what he's done so wrong, he didn't choose who was in the final three. It's sad that Andy didn't get through, he seems like a really nice bloke, but it's hardly Tabby's fault.

If Tabby is cr*p on Saturday then fair enough, he'll deserve to go, but watching him singing and playing guitar on ITV2 I thought he was pretty good.

Just the right time? I'm afraid he's been living with this quite a long time now, and he put all the information on the forms long before coming before the judges.
The judges were moved by the emotion in the song a level of emotion Tabby can't even come close to.

That probably came out wrong. A horrible thing happened to him and his family but when he spoke to the camera about it right at the point where it was being narrowed down to the final five it seemed very manipulative. Then when they were crying Terry said that he knew that there was something behind Andys eyes and that it was for his Dad. Which sounded to me like they just heard that story. Andy's appointment to the final five seemed very staged after that.

Yeah but Tabby, it will be interesting to see him with a backing track and an audience.

OK I understand . But remember most the camera interviews are done at different times and then cut into the film at the most opportune moment.
We'll have to agree to disagree about Tabby, but believe me I've seen Andy live and you don't need any back story to appreciate the emotion.

I dont know if you know much about editing but the interview with Andy could have happened at any time and ITV were the ones doing the asking as it makes a good human interest story. The judges would have been aware of Andys story since after the first audition. Terry Longden who is on Sharons team wrote that Andy was one of the funniest and most genuine lads you could have the pleasure to meet. A number of other singers who attended Bootcamp with him all had excellent things to say about his personality though some didnt like his singing voice as much.
