iTunes Match
So it's finally arrived the UK.
For anyone that doesn't know it's basically a related product of the iCloud - that is the internet equivalent to an external HD. The best thing about it is that it makes everything you've downloaded AAC quality, so if you've pirated things you're basically trading it all for the real thing. I'm downloading it as we speak, I mean £21/year is a bargain for someone who treasures his music collection. I think it has a 25k song limitation though which is a bit unfortunate as I'm very likely to hit this soon in the near future. What does everyone else think? |

I love it. £22 for a whole year is very cheap too.

OK I have to admit that about 20% of my music collection is pirate. Mostly from back in the early days when I was young and stupid or simply because you couldnt get the cd in this country.
Question is would it be foolish or me to then use iTunes match? I'm concerned that the meta information may be feeding back to somewhere! |
