Recipe for Rum balls needed fro xmas please
I want to make my own.
I bought 2 packets of Jamican rum truffles/balls covered in vermicelli from Aldi for xmas but I've ate them already ![]() ![]() Aldi have run out now, so I'm wondering has anyone got a quick and easy recepie for these that's tried and tested. I'm gonna make fudge and some honeycomb too if I'm feeling brave.

How about this one? http://allrecipes.com/recipe/rum-truffles/
Not made that recipe personally but it is just the basic truffle recipe with whatever alcohol you want to use. If you didn't want to use cake, try this one (which I have made and are yum) but substitute the Baileys for Rum. http://www.recipe-ideas.co.uk/recipe...20Truffles.htm |
