This is a cheats version. It's got all the components.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/be...akeinagl_92447 You could put it into a bowl, ramakin or ring mould. I've made it and it's really nice. |

Yes, you may want more sugar. Personal taste though. Just make it the same and judge it from there.

i add whipped cream to beaten mascarpone. i think it makes a lighter mix.
----- another good one is posset.(ignore the biscuits - just cream, lemon and sugar) eg this recipe http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/le...ithlemon_85812 although we do it this way - squeeze lemons, and simmer the juice with lemon peel from the lemons for a few minutes, then strain the peel out. otherwise do it as per the recipe, maybe slighly less sugar to taste what happens is that the acid in the lemons instantly lightly sets the cream to a "clotted cream" consistency and gives a wonderful smooth textured dessert. lime juice would work, but oranges aren't acid enough. |

No biscuit base. Sugar free jelly and Philli. As it cools, the jelly and cheese mix separates into two layers. Very pretty. Makes a low carb, full fat, delicious cheese 'mousse'. Serve with cream.
