MP3 breakdown
Can anyone recommend a piece of software to break an MP3 down into separate tracks.
I know this can be done, I just can't remember the names of the software, or how good they all are. Cheers, Browneggsandham

you do it using nero, right click the files and click properties it loads into a graph form and you can see the gaps between tracks and you stick the seperator in there

You could try Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/late...dacity-win.exe (Right click, save target as) |

Just been having a look at Nero, as I have that already. There don't seem to be any clear gaps in the graph.
I'm trying it on a live recording of my mates' band, meaning there are no complete gaps in between songs, so would I just look for the troughs and take them as the 'quiet parts' between songs? And what do the numbers along the middle mean? eg. 1111111222222223333333344444444555555 etc. Cheers, Browneggsandham
