Didn't see the eviction show, but not surprised Georgia went.

I saw the live noms - I was a bit uncomfortable with Michael's comments about Denise. At least when she nominated him she was honest enough to say she knew she rubbed him up the wrong way. I thought it was mean of him to say she was mentally unhinged or wtte, cos I'm sure she has suffered from depression in the past.

Anyway, my back is still sore, but less so than yesterday. Haven't tried ferfs exercises, cos I think if I actually managed to get down on the floor I wouldn't be able to get back up again lol!

OMG - I've just seen the clip of Denise in the jacuzzi Agggghhhhh - put them away woman!

I feel sorry for Denise she does suffer from depression and had a spell before Xmas obviously no one forced her to go in... but I feel for her.

Im not sure ferfer's workout for backs would be your first priority , it needs resting to allow your body to heal it and any swelling to go down, lay off the hip rolls for a week and let someone else carry your bags, gentle exercise to keep flexable is my advise, with maybe a tot or two to help you sleep.

Can't think what I did to my back pas. I stood up after drying my hair yesterday morning and it just went. It actually eases off once I am up and moving so my boss has been sending me for walks every 30 minutes. Iboprufen is helping as well and it's definitely better than yesterday. Yes, no hiprolls for me meantime. I tried a glass of milk to help me sleep last night - might take your advice and try something stronger tonight

My mom said the same thing about being able to get up. Is there no one around? I had her do those exercises and she was moaning, in a good way during them, and then said the next day she had no pain. When you feel able, try it!
