The Return of....DIDO (2012 THE YEAR SHE RETURNS)
bazztheman93
24-12-2011
Album Number 1:- 21 Million Sold

Album Number 2:- 12 Million Sold

Album 3- 3.75 Million Sold

Dido is an incredible artist and she has been severley overlooked, none of the current British Musicians have come close to what she sold, and even though Safe Trip Home didn't sell as well as previous efforts Dido is still an incredible talent. Her voice is inspirational, and I can't wait to hear the new album in 2012.

Some of the songs are going to be Dido back to What Life For Rent was like, and others have been said to be "a big fun electronic extravaganza"

I look forward to see what she has come up with a duet with her and Adele would be INSANE!! Would love that to happen

Doubt Adeles record company would allow that, Dido would totally own Adele, Dido is in a totally different league.

Well, maybe motherhood has inspired her to the extent that she wants to express herself through music immediately Why not?

I think the album must be nearly completed because she has been working on it since 2009

Oh, crap. Is this what the Mayans were going on about when they predicted the end of the World?

She's lucky to have sold that many records. At least her male equivalent, James Blunt, has some real talent behind the MOR.

a)Do you honestly think that James Blunt is the male equivalent of Dido?

b)Do you honestly think the video you posted proves he's talented?

She is the epitomy of bland. Overrated monotonous dirge. Utterly nauseaing swill. Like Nora Jones. And Jack Johnson.

I compare her a bit to Suzanne Vega. She did a concert in Marseilles a couple of years ago and this group of people kept shouting for her to sing 'Luka'. I think if Dido doesn't return she'll be lumbered with Thank You and people will forget she'd also done other, better songs like Hunter.

Will be giving this comeback a massive swerve. She was painful enough the first time round!

I didn't rate the last album too highly so hopefully a return to form.
