In view of someone's post about 2011 being the best series for eye-candy I was wondering what why get your vote giving reasons.

Series 5 was full of glamorous women (Kelly Brook, Stephanie Beacham, Alesha Dixon, Penny Lancaster-Stewart, Letitia Dean) and good-looking men (Kenny Logan, Matt Di Angelo, Gethin Jones... Willie Thorne )

Yep, that was me who started that thread And I'll hold onto my word of Series 9 - Dan, Robbie, Harry, Jason, Holly, Chelsee, Nancy (I know, I know, but for 50!)/

I think last series was good one for attractive contestants!

If you like slim willowy men there was Matt Baker and Jimi Mistry. If you like hunky men then there was Scott Maslen and Gavin Henson. For the female contestants there was the exquisite Kara Tointon, the sweet Tina O'Brien - I think Patsy Kensit and Michelle Williams are also attractive.

Like a few others have said, series 5. Matt Di Angelo and Gethin are both VERY hawt, and John Barnes and Kenny Logan aren't that bad either....and Alesha, Kelly, Penny, Letitia, Stephanie, Gaby and Kate were all pretty glamorous ladies.

Jimi Mistry is easy on the eye - he might not be your cup of tea but I think he's an attractive man and he must be doing something right to have the beautiful Flavia as his girlfriend

Just adding in he's also a nice, warm personality too

I'm with you Topaz I think Jimi is VERY handsome and would rate him over Matt Baker, Scott and even Gavin!

Maybe it is because he is such a nice guy that I find him more attractive than the others (not to say they aren't nice guys) but each to their own and we all see different qualities in different people which add to their attraction.

I agree with you, Dilly. Jimi was very good looking but didn't always dance well, except for his Tango which I loved.

Mark Ramprakash was a fantastic dancer and, luckily for us, extremely handsome.

You're not allowed to consider dancing ability although it will affect sex appeal - personality is allowed to influence you.

Thanks Dilly - What I was trying to say which you've expressed better is beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Jimi didn't get to dance a Tango unfortunately - I think you may be talking about his Foxtrot which was very Tango like in which Flavia created an intense routine which showed their amazing chemistry - I think had Jimi stayed longer he would have become a more refined dancer.

I agree with you on Ramps he was quite shy and sweet in personality but when he got on that dance floor he opened up and was HOT HOT HOT!

Sorry if I got Jimi's dance wrong. I meant the one where he had his hands all over Flavia!

ps I loved Jimi in 'East is East' - fabulous film and very reasonable on DVD if you haven't seen it.
