Okay, so its obvious that Warren's exit has been very poorly recieved here so how would you have done it?

I would have had:

A 2 week trail special where Warren is in court for the murder of Louise Summers. I would bring back Louise's Mum and other realitives as well as Sean Kennedy's parents and brothers who have suspected Warren for the murders and looking for justice.

When the police dig up the "grave" they find nothing and that Warren had outsmarted Brendan, Mitzeee and Joel and the main evidence they have is the letter from Mitzeee and his confession to Brendan and Mitzeee in front of the police however Warren blackmails Brendan that he will tell the police that Brendan killed Danny Houston if he doesn't make him and Mitzeee tell the police that they lied and Warren didn't say anything to about killing Louise to which Brendan accepts and on the final episode due to lack of evidence the judge has to throw the case.

The reaction of the relaitives of Sean Kennedy and Louise's is shown as they break down and cry as well as the reaction of Brendan and Mitzeee who are disappointed in themselves and a final shot of Warren leaving the courtroom with a smile on his face a freeman.

Yes I would definately have it as Warren walking away as a freeman. It's completely out of his character to be outsmarted and sent down.

I really like Brendan but i would have loved Warren to get one over on him and Mitzeee. I would have liked to have seen Warren go off with Joel.

I wish people knew the real story about Louise's death too because it was kinda self defence

I caught up on the last episode today and I found it really disappointing, they just completely lost it!

As you can probably tell i'm a fan of Warren I just think being done over by his enemy and girlfriend is so untrue to his character. Hollyoaks are being true to form by rushing a storyline with such good potential! It just feels like there's been such a long, drawn out build up to nothing

I've felt this way the whole time. Warren has outsmarted everyone he has ever been involved with and to be outsmarted so predictably is rediculous

Anything would have been better than what they did do but I'm not sure what I would have liked to happen. I would've been happy with him being killed. It would have been quite poetic for him to die on the grave of Louise, as would being killed by Joel, one person he'd learned to really trust, have been. (I do love Warren but I just love emotional, dramatic TV more...)
If he hadn't died, Mitzeee and Brendan should have succeeded in getting evidence that he killed Louise but he should have escaped at the last minute to abroad on his own, leaving Brendan, Mitzeee and Joel to always worry whether he may ever suddenly come back.
An arrest might have worked if they'd dragged out the end just a bit more, made it a bit more exciting and had a trial but I don't really think an arrest is right for Warren's character.

Yes. Part of Warrens popularity came from him getting away with everything and generally being invincible. I don't think prison was therefore the best exit for him. However, that's much, much better then him dying. It perhaps wasn't perfect but he didn't die, so it was very very good anyway.

I still think this might be wrapped up differently though. Surely Mitzeee and Brendan would have to testify against him if he was to have a trial. They could possibly do it so that he comes back or a week or two like you said, and eventually he's released, leading to Brendan, Mitzeee, Joel etc looking over their shoulders.

He also still owns part of the club, so that will have to go somewhere as well.
