Should Anthony and Patrick be feeling guilty? Did they contribute to the fire or would the fire still have been as bad?

No. The only one to blame is Yusef.

Completely agree, but did the fireworks make the fire worse? I'm just wondering what the point of them being there was.

They'll be to blame for Denise not getting any insurance money from the blaze.

There were there to facilitate the huge explosion.

It was the short circuit thing through the plug hole that made it worse.

mad yusef was the main reason !!

They'd have an either bigger field day with the fact that they had no smoke detectors and that their fire escapes were locked!

I definately think only Yusef should be to blame here but this is soap - why make a big deal of moving the fireworks etc if they aren't going to be mentioned again?

This is like the great fire in Prisoner. Several boxes of mineral turps were stored in a room which also housed the fuse box. This was where Margo Gaffney decided to start her fire, with a molotov cocktail.

Is also a bit like when Pat got done for drink driving. Even without having had any drink, Pat would probably still have hit the girl as she suddenly ran out into the road.

it's ok, it's Walford!

If it's anything like the Queen Vic fire, the next episode will see police ask a handful of questions before forgetting about it, the neighbours of Albert Square not ask any questions as to how or why it was so bad, and the set to be re-built within a month.

This is a place where a beaten Zaniab was fighting in the street with her husband yesterday behind her house.....which is opposite a police station (although I think that is supposed to be miles away - if it is, then it was a stupid place on the lot to locate it)

From the predictions on the EE website

•Fireworks fly for two likely lads leaving them in hot water with the big bad wolf.
Who is the big bad wolf?

Inside Soap says the insurance company won`t pay out because of the fireworks and Patrick feels so guilty for his part in storing them so he signs the Minutemart over to Denise and Kim.
