Blackberry Playbook - football streaming - Sopcast / Firefox
Hello.
I bought a Blackberry Playbook yesterday; I had read somebody mention that they had some joy in watching streamed football matches on their Playbook, and this rather appealed to me. I've found in the past that I've had to download Sopcast and Firefox on to a PC in order to be able to view some of the sites which stream football matches. Is it safe to download these on to a Blackberry Playbook? Also, are there any other applications that should also be downloaded in order to watch streamed footie on the Playbook? Thanks in advance. |

The BlackBerry Playbook doesn't have the same operating system as a PC, so you can't install PC apps on it. It runs a proprietary OS, so you have to get your apps from BlackBerry App World.
It does have flash though, so if you can find a flash streaming site with footie on, that should work. |
