She's in her early 20's, healthy and rich. She could easily reach 100, or did you mean career wise?

I don't see any reason why she won't have another good 3-4 years of major sucess, I do see her tailing off a bit then but I doubt she's going to fade into obscurity within a year.

In 10 years time I don't think she'll still be relevant.

As long as she has sex appeal.

She can't sing, dance/perform, write, compose, produce, mix, play an instrument, choreograph, direct a music video/tour, design clothes/costumes, control any aspect of her career and apparently she doesn't even have that much money either despite her success.

So apart from her sex appeal, she really has nothing going for her.

I have decided to debunk all of the flawed points you made (in bold).

Sing - Have you seen her perform live on either her Last Girl on Earth or Loud tour? I've seen both, she can sing.

Write - She co-wrote many songs in her career including a lot of the tracks on Rated R. Also, don't bother saying co-writing doesn't count. Do you think the original writer would be happy with her name being on the writing credits if she didn't contribute a significant amount? I'm sure the songwriter would be taking her to court if she didn't contribute a significant amount to a song in co-writing.

Produce - She produced a lot of Rated R and even more of Talk That Talk.

Direct a Music Video - 2 off hand, Russian Roulette, We Found Love. She came up with some of the scenes personally while on the beach on Rio de Janeiro, I saw the video in the We Found Love behind the scenes video. I was also in Rio (Brazil) at the time she was there practicing dance routines for it with her friends.

Clothes/Costumes - She came up with the concepts for most of the costumes and clothes for her Last Girl on Earth tour and she designed the opening outfit for her Loud tour. She's also a model so I think she has more knowledge in fashion than you.

Control any aspect of her career (All of the above debunk this).

Apparently she doesn't have that much money - Don't be ridiculous, do you believe the media all the time? I forgot, Rihanna's poor, get real.

You may not like her but please don't be ridiculous!!

I would like to add that because she doen't have writing credits for every song this means that she writes a significant amount to get a credit. I'm sure she could get a credit for every song but she doesn't

To paraphrase Tyrell;

The light that burns twice as bright burns for half as long - and you have burned so very, very brightly, Rihanna.

I give her 5 years then she will be burnt out.

well thats why her record label push for an album every year cause if she was to take a break people could easily move on to the next thing.

I think if she keeps releasing albums every year that will harm her anyway. I mean im tiered of her now tbh. I like her i just want her to take sometime off and possibly grow as an artist.

What clothes exactly? she's pretty much always wearing next to nothing.

I see probably one more album in 2012, then she'll take a hiatus and come back in her late 20s/early 30s. If she's serious about acting and modelling, she'll just do that.

She's Rihanna though. She'll be in all the papers and magazines, even on a hiatus.

That's not how songwriting credits work...

it is. you must add a significant amount into the process to have a credit. you dont have to write a song word for word. you could write the chorus and form the end product. songwriting isnt just about the lyrics. otherwise the person would be credited as a lyricist.

That it isn't true. It's widely known about Beyonce getting songwriting credits for simply changing 1 word on someone else's lyrics.

well MJ couldnt get away with it in the 80s (not that he did, but if he didnt write on it, he never got a credit). how can she just 'get away with it' when she's a star but isnt all that? She helps form the songs, not just lyrically but the end product.

The industry phrase of "add a word, take a third" exists for a reason.

Sing - Have you seen her perform live on either her Last Girl on Earth or Loud tour? I've seen both, she can sing.
I attended her ''LOUD Tour'', and she uses a louder backing track than everyone else with the exception of Britney Spears.
She's an average singer and she didn't get through one song in tune or without vocal help.

I can give other artists excuses for co-writing because they have written tracks alone or the people who worked with them have talked about the process - such as Lady Gaga - but Rihanna doesn't have that. She NEVER talks about the creative process of her records because she simply doesn't have one.

Produce - She produced a lot of Rated R and even more of Talk That Talk.
As above - You can't seriously imagine her sitting in a studio and doing what her producers do, can you?

Direct a Music Video - 2 off hand, Russian Roulette, We Found Love. She came up with some of the scenes personally while on the beach on Rio de Janeiro, I saw the video in the We Found Love behind the scenes video. I was also in Rio (Brazil) at the time she was there practicing dance routines for it with her friends.
She did not direct either of those music videos.
As far as I am aware, she hasn't directed any of them.
If she came up with scenes, that's good, but it's hardly enough to build anything on without others helping her with the final product.

Clothes/Costumes - She came up with the concepts for most of the costumes and clothes for her Last Girl on Earth tour and she designed the opening outfit for her Loud tour. She's also a model so I think she has more knowledge in fashion than you.
She models because of her name, and modelling does not give someone knowledge in fashion, especially Rihanna who doesn't appear to have any idea what shit is spewing out of her mouth (or on to her Twitter) half the time. I find it hard to believe that she can create anything in that department.

Apparently she doesn't have that much money - Don't be ridiculous, do you believe the media all the time? I forgot, Rihanna's poor, get real.
I don't think she's poor, but she doesn't appear to be making that much - not as much as others anyway.

Not as long as the producer can be paid off and employed again.

She predominatly relies on her sex appeal, so she probably has another 10 years tops as being considered young and sexy. At the end of the day, it's unlikely she's going to be doing S&M type videos into her late thirties/fourties. Plus, in a few years another sexy 19/20 year old girl will enter the music scene and attention will be focused on her.
