Does anyone else feel depressed without SCD?

Yes, but absence makes the heart grow fonder. And there is DOI (a poor man's Strictly), DWTS, and lots of non dance-related summery things to do later in the year. Variety is the spice of life - enjoy !

Check their posting history, you'll see what you mean. All they seem to do is wind people up and slag off the people that post on the SCD forums

Did I say I was offended? I just stated facts and politely asked the OP not to use the word "depressed" in such a glib context again. And just because you weren't offended, does that make it wrong if other people were?

Congratulations on recovering from your past experience of depression by the way, not everyone is so fortunate.

Normally I feel a slight pang of loss, albeit nowhere near depression.

This year nothing.

Which is fine.

Although I don't want argue over semantics on New Years Eve that was the impression I got from your post - I can't speak for the OP I'd take a guess that they didn't mean to cause any offence - there are many different types of depression afterall - the OP can get back to you to explain what they meant if they so want.

Anyway all the best for the New Year - wishing you a happy, healthy 2012

Before i started to watch, my life was going very smoothly. But after watching SCD for last two series, all other shows look so boring to me. Nothing entertains me. Especially without watching Pasha and Chelsee dances, life seems so empty. Nothing to look forward to. *grabs a tissue*

Not really, I enjoyed it whilst it was on and now I'm gearing up for some Dancing on Ice!

Really boring!! I have looked at next Saturdays tv listings and there is nothing on. Bring back SCD and Merlin Saturdays are not the same without them.

I felt very depressed after the final, and during the next week as I was trying to get over strictly lol.
Life goes on and then we have to wait for another 7/8 months.
So Im really looking forward to the tour and team Kasha pro tour.

I did until today's totally wonderful news about Alesha departing. Now, if only she would take cheeky cockney geezer (not) Goodman with her, my cup runneth over.
