One final reminder that we are running the Little Mixers poll on ten well known Christmas pop songs which Little Mix could sing in the future .

Rank your choices in order-

1. All I want for Christmas is you - famously sung by Mariah Carey in 1994.

2. Do they Know it’s Christmas? - originally sung by Band Aid in 1984 still a hit at Christmas.

3. It came upon a Midnight Clear - covered most recently by Josh Groban.

4. Fairytale of New York - this was a huge hit in Christmas 1987 for The Pogues and Kirsty McColl.

5. Last Christmas - Wham's big Christmas number of 1984.

6. Let it Snow - this has been covered by different singers but of the most recent Michael Buble has put his own interpretation on it.

7. Santa Claus is coming to Town - another Christmas hit to have been covered more than once Justin Bieber is the most recent.

8. Silent Night another Christmas classic and which of course was sung by Little Mix in the X Factor Final 2011 Taylor Swift has also covered this track.

9. Walking in a Winter Wonderland - actress Selena Gomez girlfriend of Justin Bieber put her own take on this number.

10. When a Child is Born Johnny Mathis made this famous in the 70s but another group Il Divo have also covered this recently.

The poll is open to all on here who are Little Mixers or just Little Mix fans who love the group and want to follow the Little Muffins on the amazing pop career they're about to embark on.

We all watched Little Mix's journey through the X Factor from bootcamp to the live shows and saw them perform consistently every week getting better and better to go on and win the competition becoming the first ever group to do so.

Please feel free to include any suporting artists who could collaborate with Little Mix in any of these songs.

So come on Little Mixers get involved in this poll of Christmas songs that you think Little Mix could sing in the future. We need more support to get more Little Mixers on here and on Little Mix World so your participation in this poll will really be appreciated.

Once you've voted with your choices remember to include this smiley with your post so that we know that you've voted.

The poll closes at 4pm today I'll be back after that with the results to see which songs were in the bottom three, which songs were in the middle, which songs were second and third and which song won.

You've got till 4pm today so hurry up and vote if you want to take part.

We'll be putting forward future polls regarding Little Mix in 2012 on here and on Little Mix World so if anyone has any ideas on what polls they would like to see posted please feel free to share those ideas with us on here.

If any Little Mixers on here haven't yet joined Little Mix World, the fastest growing Little Mix site, or know of others on here who would like to join this is the link to do so-

Christmas Song Poll The Results

These were the original Christmas songs that we asked Little Mixers or fans of Little Mix to vote on-

We had a good response to this poll altogether 8 Little Mixers took part either on the Little Mix Appreciation or on Little Mix World.

In order of least popular these are the results-

The numbers below next to each song show the rankings given the rankings given are in no particular order-

10 It Came Upon a Midnight Clear 6, 10, 10, 5, 10, 10 average score overall 8.5

9 When a Child is Born 5, 9, 9, 2, 9, 9 avarage score overall 7.1

8 Let It Snow 6, 8, 9, 7, 6, 8, 6, 6 average score overall 7.0

7 Walking in a Winter Wonderland 6, 8, 10, 4, 3, 10, 7, 7 average score overall 6.8

6 Do they know it's Christmas 4, 4, 4, 8, 5, 4, 5, 5, 4.average score overall 5.3

5 Santa Claus Is Coming to Town 9, 2, 5, 4, 4, 4, 7, 7 average score overall 5.25

4 Fairytale of New York 3, 5, 3, 6, 8, 6 average score overall 5.1

3 2 All I want for Christmas is You 3, 1, 1, 7, 1, 2, 8, 4, average score 3.3

2 Last Christmas 7, 2, 2, 2, 7, 2, 2, 1 average score overall 2.8

1 Silent Night 3, 3, 1, 3, 1, 1, 3, 3, average score 2.25

So it's Silent Night that wins and maybe this is a Christmas Song that Little Mix will perform again in the future as a cover version to go on a future album.

Thanks again to all those who took part and hope to see you again in future polls on here and on Little Mix World.

Thanks for the poll and the results friendlyguy

Not too surprised that Silent Night was Top
but must admit that Last Xmas at #2 and All I Want For Xmas at #3 were a bit of a shock - I didn`t think those would be so popular with LM fans.
Pleased Fairytale and Santa Claus is Coming to Town were both in Top 5

What do others think of the results?

I'm quite happy about Fairytale for obvious reasons

It's ok apologies for the delay in posting.

I must admit it looked quite close between the top three. I thought that All I Want for Christmas is You would finish second. Fairytale did well and I'm not surprised about Santa Claus is coming to town doing well it's a popular little number.

Clearly Silent Night was likely to be popular in the vote but Last Christmas I think would be a good song for Little Mix and Band Aid wasn't too far away.

All in all an interesting vote and hopefully when we put future polls on here we'll get another good response on here and on LMW.

Fingers crossed, LM sold more than 74,000 - then they qualify for UK Gold Disc...
