does anybody know the name of the ip pad app which I believe features a cat standing up whicj repeats everything you say.(sad!! I know but its for a joke)

Nope can't think of it ATM, but did have it at one point till I found Dork which I thought was loads funnier

Yeah definitely Tom the talking cat.

If you search the store for 'talking apps' you'll find dozens of them. They're mostly rubbish though but they do amuse small children for a while, which can be handy .
