Got in to a bit of a spat with a West Ham fan on Twitter. Slagging us off, calling Parish a joke etc.
Says it's sad that we are happy with being a bottom half of the league team. This is where I don't understand West Ham fans. They are just about on a par with us, they haven't been 'big' for nearly 40 years yet they still seem to think they deserve to be in a way higher position than they are. Am I wrong for being happy with comfortable survival after all we've been thru or should we be like West Ham and constantly demand more than we could ever achieve? After everything we've been through with Goldberg and Jordan and being on the very brink of extinction 5 years a go what we are doing right now is extraordinary and Parish not wanting to run us in to the ground again is the right and proper way to run the club. That guy is deluded, hope you told him to shove it.

just a bitter hammer.... his side are on the downward slide since christmas whereas we have been on the up... and he's obviously worried we will finish above them!

Would love a result today for our manager really because he will get dogs abuse I'm sure. That said they seem to be getting a large slice of good fortune recently so I don't expect too much.

Just a yellow for Rodwell and then a dodgy yellow for Dann. Shit refs every week.
Puncheon looking very good so far though. |

Rodwell lucky not to get a red.
Souare off injured. They are really clattering in to us all over the pitch. Dirty bunch. |

Quite a frustrating half really. We've had our openings but it still feels that we really haven't got going yet.
They are quite happy to kick us off the park at every opportunity. |

Very stop-start, can definitely see a red in this. Bolasie looking quite lively, put in a couple of crosses that were begging for someone on the end.

This is great to watch. Bolasie, Zaha and Murray running them ragged.

When Martin Kelly starts trying to stick one in the top corner from 22 yards you know things are going well!
