What a player he has been for us, I wouldn't begrudge him any move if all parties felt it was the right thing.

Bound to score against us when we play them!

£5m is a lot of money and he may want to start regularly. But I still really don't want to see him to leave.

might be a busier day tomorrow then most of us thought. rumours about Jedi leaving, rumours that Campbell is off, still rumours about Gayle.

if we do get rid of a couple of strikers will we get someone else in?

A sad day when 2 class acts like Glenn Murray and Barry Bannan leave. Spose it goes to show how much we've grown as a club that players like that can't get a game yet it's still not good to see them off.

Barry Bannan is such a class act, he's ended up at Sheff Wed on loan?

Still upset about Murray.

Not enjoying today so far, just seems to be one rumour after another about players leaving - the latest being Ledley out on loan.

6pm can't come soon enough.

Ledley has been given permission to leave the Wales squad to discuss a move away.

We have rejected a bid from Villa for Dwight Gayle.

Murray to Bournemouth confirmed now. £4M on a 3-year deal.

Gayle linked with Norwich now. And Jedinak with Stoke.

Everyone out.

Guedioura's gone to Watford finally. That one's taken all summer.

I'm glad we haven't lost Jedi or Ledley. you just know if we had lost them then Cabaye, McArthur & Mutch would have got injured!

Some reports that we've pulled the plug on any Dwight Gayle deal with Norwich but nothing confirmed yet.

From the BBC site:

Crystal Palace had agreed a deal with Stoke for midfielder Mile Jedinak and a deal sheet was in, but the move collapsed on personal terms. Dwight Gayle was subject to an offer from Norwich, but he will be staying put too. Palace were keen to sign Charlie Austin, but he turned them down.

Enjoy the Championship and watching Euro 2016 on the TV Charlie.

Would have been a nightmare if we'd lost Gayle, too.

if QPR are struggling to at least make the play-offs then Austin will be cheaper in January. problem is he will have many more suitors.

Most importantly, it's the end of the window and we still have Bolasie. That makes me happy.

Good point Joooe.

Our attacking options still looking good. Bolasie, Zaha, Sako, Wickham, Gayle, Bamford, Chamakh, Puncheon. Add Lee & Campbell, too.

Obviously Pardew & Parish can reassess the need for another striker in January.

let's hope we don't find ourselves in a situation where we have to rely on Frazier Campbell again.

Steve Parish speaking on HOL this evening. In summary:

Glenn Murray: The Bournemouth offer was good for us, he wanted to move, he still lives down there, getting more money on a longer contract. Sad to see him go but right for everyone.

Joe Ledley: Was never going, there were no offers.

Dwight Gayle: Norwich came in far too late for us to take it seriously or do anything about it, so said no.

Mile Jedinak: Stoke made us a very attractive offer so we told him to go speak to them and see if it was something he wanted to do, but that if he didn't that was fine and after talking to them he decided he didn't want to go so we're happy to keep him.

Michael Hector: (Chelsea signing): We had done the deal for him, thought we had him but then Chelsea came in at last minute and he decided he wanted to go to there instead. (and yet he got loaned straight back to Reading, so go figure!)

Charlie Austin: We were interested but in the end in didn't happen, that was a few weeks ago, though and not recently.

Nice one for the transcript summary. Some interesting points.

Sad to see ffs leave, but if it's nearer his home on more money ultimately who can blame him sometimes family comes first. All the best.

Ledley not having any bids, makes me wonder if Pardew didn't play him so no interest gained.

Gayle glad to see him stay but the late offer makes me think it was a low offer too.

Mile, can't believe he was very much out and slightly confused. Knew pulis wanted him at Stoke then Hughes took over and wanted him.

Hector, shouldn't have beaten Chelsea

Austin, just meh.

...i even hope he scores a hat-trick against us on boxing day... just as long as we win 4-3!
