Defensively we have become an utter shambles of late.

Zaha and Adebayor look quite bright together, it's a shame about the rest. Much and Jedinak might as well not be on the pitch.

Dodgy at the back, impotent up front. Made worse by our midfield being non-existent.

Thank the heavens for Scott Dann. If we didn't need him so much at the back I'd play him up front!

It stops the rot at least. A pity we couldn't keep them on the back foot once we got the equaliser.
Boateng did well when he came on. Rather see him play than Mutch. |

Boateng looks a beast of a player. would have liked to have seen Kaikai but hopefully he gets his chance soon.

For a while after the goal we passed it around beautifully. Looked so confident again.
Need to take that onto Watford. |

with Wickham back next week I wonder if we'll actually start the game 4-4-2?

I definitely would like to see us go 4-4-2, especially if Gayle is in the equation, too.
Any one know how long Ledley is out for? |

Cheers Tusk.
So, it will be Jedi and Cabaye again next week. I'd like to see Zaha & Kaikai start on the wings with Adebayor & Wickham up front. But I reckon it will be Mutch starting instead of Kaikai. |

Bolasie back in full training now. It's probably a long shot but hopefully he might make the bench on Saturday.

Oo that's such good news. Even as a sub it's the physiological aspect of our best player potentially coming on, should unnerve a few Watford players.
On a side note really looking forward to seeing Ben Watson back at Selhurst. Now I've typed that he'll score. Hopefully not, but curse of ex player is strong. He did well at Wigan but glad he's at a stable club and in the prem. |

According to Pardew in his press conference yesterday both Bolasie and Sako should be available for Spurs - this week is probably too soon.
On the plus side, Wickham is back from suspension and Dwight Gayle should be in the squad. Also, he said that McArthur won't need surgery on his injury so he now stands an outside chance of playing again this season. |

Hopefully we won't lose 1-0 to a penalty this time!
Can see it being a draw - neither find the net much but don't give much away. We should be back to starting with Deeney and Ighalo up front. Watson has done pretty well this season when it was expected he'd just be a squad player. |

Mark, you must be absolutely delighted with the way it's gone this season. Flores has done a terrific job. Seems a thoroughly nice bloke, too.
Last four meetings have been pretty tight, I'm expecting the same tomorrow. |
