Not naming a full 25-man squad is fairly common though, isn't it? The biggest teams seem to do it every year.
Admittedly they might have some quality younger players they can rely on. |

the squad looks alright but we do have to hope we don't get the bad luck we had last season with injuries. Still would have liked to have kept Kaikai, Boateng and Inniss around.

According to Parish Mathieu Flamini is having a medical today . So he might be the final name on the list .

Parish on Talksport atm, apparently Flamini is having a medical.
If he passes, I assume that's our defensive midfielder replacement for Jedi. |

Just in case anyone hasn't heard confirmation of the signing of Flamini:

Arsenal fans seem to think Flamini's finished. But then they also disliked Chamakh, so who trusts them?

I was going to post, glad we have our full 25 man squad. Then I saw the news regarding Remy going back to Chelsea due to a training injury. So back to 24 eligible men again..

Football League
Hi palace fans!
Myself and a friend are launching a new venture within football, it will be a structured league consisting of 5, 6 or 7 a side teams competing on a 3g pitch. Our football league we will be offering each player exclusive access to an application through your smart phone, which will allow teams to view all their latest league news, league tables and fixtures on their phones. You will have access to a website where you can upload player pictures, rate each player out of 5 and rate key attributes such as shooting, speed and tackling. Each game will have a professional referee officiate and who ever successfully wins and finishes as runners up in their respective league will be awarded with trophies. In order to cater to your needs and get a better understanding of your availability, we have constructed a quick questionnaire which will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and help us structure the league to suit you. http://freeonlinesurveys.com/s/TaWNiK2P Thank you |

I'm staggered at the amount of knocks and injuries we still continue to get. Just what the hell goes on in training each week?

Delaney standing around like a lemon for that corner.
We looked good before that. Would love some more crosses like that from Wilf. |

Typical of us. Dominant from the start, completely in charge then one moment where we switch off or rather Delaney switches off and we're back to square one.

Incredibly tense final 15 but it wouldn't be Palace otherwise. A win at last and the monkey is off the back! |

We really had to work hard after going 2-1 up but deserved to hold out for the win.
Still can't tell whether Dann handled the ball depsite seeing 20 replays of it from 20 different angles so it's no surprise that the officials didn't give it. |

Stoke and Sunderland up next. Let's hope we can build on this win. |

Big win. Although just once I'd love to win a game without all that stress.
