Tomkins cleary unfit, both full backs having a total nightmare and Dann having to do everyones job at the back. Arsenal should be out of sight.

You can see why everyone has been moaning about fitness issues for a while now, some of ours look totally knackered already.

The only positive from that half is it's only 1-0 but this looks like a rout just waiting to happen.

We desperately need to invest in some new fullbacks.

And another CB.

I'd take off Zaha and Benteke. No point risking them any longer than we have to with Swansea on the horizon.

How long is McArthur out for? He is desperately missed.

Allardyce is going to have to use every ounce of his experience to keep this rabble up.

He's got his work cut out getting the belief and spirit back in to them. It's vanished without a trace.

Any chance we can just forfeit Arsenal away each season and save the players the effort.

FT 2-0 defeat.

the loss was expected but that was dreadful. At least we got through it without being tonked or losing anyone important through injury. Tuesday night is huge.

As said earlier today was about damage limitation and that's exactly how we played it. No one looked even remotely interested and I can only assume all the focus is on Tuesday and this was a case of just getting through the match without a sound beating and picking up no major injuries.

I can't think of one outfield player who had a good game. Hennessey was the only one who did well.

At least it wasn't a rout . Got to get something against Swansea preferably a win & don't give any stupid free kicks away within shooting distance for Sigurosson to score his usual goal against us & cause general panic with his free kicks

I'd give anything for a scrappy 1-0 win on Tuesday night right now.

We have to get our home form sorted. After the above run we still have Watford, Leicester, Burnley and Hull to come to Selhurst.

Fingers crossed BIg Sam can work some magic in the transfer window. God knows we need some changes made to this team.

Hull losing, Sunderland and Middlesbrough getting draws.

A win tomorrow would see us move 4 points ahead of the drop zone and back in touch with the teams just above us. No pressure.

Could've done with Liverpool holding on, but not a bad day. Tomorrow is huge.

No better time now for our players to stand up and be counted than tomorrow night.

Delaney back tonight which should be a boost at the back.

And hopefully Wilf signs off with a stormer before heading to AFCON.

I'm a bit nervous, this feels like the sort of game that could change our season around.

Nervous too. this has the feel of a play-off semi-final or something!

Birmingham have bid £4m for Sako.

tonights team: and Dann is out with a hamstring injury!!!

Hennessey; Kelly, Tomkins, Delaney (c), Ward; Ledley, Puncheon, Cabaye; Townsend, Zaha; Benteke.

Subs: Speroni, Flamini, Phillips, Mutch, Lee, Sako, Campbell.

HT 0-1

clueless, gutless cowards. Complete shambles of a half. too many of these muppets stealing a living at the moment, they have no interest in playing for the shirt whatsoever. we don't just need 2 or 3 players in this month, we need 7 or 8.
