full-time: Palace 1-1 Huddersfield
don't think we deserved anything more. the early sending off changed things but i thought we coped quite well. at 10-a-side we looked flat and devoid of any ideas. |

Actually came away disappointed not to win, despite having ten for most of the game. Shows how well we've done imo.
Fantastic goal from Zaha/Bolasie too! Looking back to the summer on this thread, I never thought we would have been in this position at this stage. It's been a great first half to the season. Have a good Christmas all.

If we're being fair then overall a draw was the right result but like Joooe I was disappointed we didn't hold on at 1-0.
The two goals typified going from the sublime to the ridiculous. Our goal was an absolute beauty. The skill from Bolasie to set up Zaha was sensational and outrageous! Their goal was comical. Jules may have been unsighted but it was still a horrendous one to concede. We did look jaded at times but I put that down to having to play with 10 men for so long. I did think it was odd Ollie taking off Bolasie for Moritz, we never carried the same forward threat after that. Results wise this looks like a rough patch although it's only one defeat in six, it's also only one win in six. Hopefully we can give a good account of ourselves at Cardiff on Boxing Day. Defeat there and we're suddenly seven points behind them! So COYP! Merry Christmas to my fellow Palace fans here. It's a pleasure as always to chat with you. Have a great time.

Confirmation that Yannick Bolasie has rejected the chance to play for DR Congo at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations to stay with us.

Listened to game on 5 Live Sports Extra , should have been at least three up in 15 minutes , Cardiff had the better of the 2nd half , but we gave it a go , unlike the last time we played there .
Another tough game at Forest next , who unbelievably sacked their manager today & are sitting one point outside the play offs |

bloody sick of cardiff... how many times do they get away with murder against us?!!
...2nd half we didn't turn up but we should have had the game won by half time... and it's getting very annoying now how we've suddenly become incapable of holding on to a lead... is that 4 games in a row now we've done that? |

Forest 2-2 Palace
yet another lead thrown away. 5 games in a row we've done that. what's going on with our defence all of a sudden? |

It's bloody frustrating. Another game where we had the 3 points only to blow it late on.
At least Murray is still scoring for fun and we continue to look a threat going forward. Just need to sort it out at the back. |

Zaha is back!
We looked really good today, even if Wolves do look an ugly mess right now. Quality free-kicks from Moritz to win the game.

Pleased with the result, very pleased with the performance. It was all positives this time.
Hopefully that's our dodgy patch over and done with. |

Weird going into today's game not really minding too much about the result.
Having said that, a promotion and cup double would be nice.

Decent showing yesterday. Unlucky not to win it.
Big incentive to go for it in the replay - it would be Manchester City at home in Round 4 if we did win! |

Obviously there are lots of rumours going around at the moment about transfers.
It has been suggested that Arsenal want to buy Zaha in the summer, but that Manchester United are thinking of buying him now but lending him back to Palace for the rest of the season... |

i reckon the only way parish would sell zaha this month is if the offer is one that cannot be refused...
... i'm more worried of as bid coming in for murray! |
