i think it depends on any offer we get for murray... all this talk of zaha this season but it's murray that's been our talisman, he was been awesome all season long and would be a bigger blow to lose...
good game today, i thought we'd blown it in the 2nd half after 2 woeful bits of defending for both their goals but we don't know how to lie down and never give up... good news about watford, hopefully burnley can do us a favour on monday night against hull... |

I know that you now don't need the money, but can you realistically keep hold of Murray? He is on fire for you guys, he is having a wonderful season.
He has been outstanding this season, his goal-scoring exploits is only part of it, his work rate is fantastic, too. And he's on the brink of breaking our post-war goal-scoring record (currently it's 33 or 34, I forget which) Missed opportunity today IMO. We created enough chances to win the match but two poor defensive moments cost us but credit to Leeds for making it tough and taking advantage of our mistakes. Brighton up next, if we can get through that unscathed we really will have a decent shout for a top two finish. |

Could have won it certainly. I suppose they could have scored earlier too before that last ditch block from Jediank (+ 3 others!).
Murray is phenomenal. We're unlikely to have another season like this any time soon in terms of goals scored - and home record. Good to see everyone get through it today ready for next week too. |

Currently Murray has 30 goals. (29 League, 1 Cup) Post-WWII 1988/89 - Ian Wright 33 (24, 9) 2003/04 - Andy Johnson 32 (27, 5) 1960/61 - Johnny Byrne 31 (30, 1) Pre-WWII 1930/31 - Peter Simpson 54 (46, 8) 1935/36 - Albert Dawes 39 (38, 1) 1929/30 - Peter Simpson 37 (36, 1) 1925/26 - Percy Cherrett 33 (26, 7) 1926/27 - Percy Cherrett 32 (32, 0) |

so murray could realistically end up not only with the post-war record but also become the 2nd or 3rd highest scorer in our history!

Seeing those run-in fixtures it looks much of a muchness to me for all involved. Some tough fixtures all-round. Could just come down to who shows the most bottle or who gets that extra slice of luck!

Burnley 0-1 Hull
that moves Hull back in to 2nd place with 68 pts. Watford 66 pts, Palace 65 pts. all played 37 games now. Burnley were awful in that matchand to be fair Hull weren't that much better. |

Can't rely on Burnley for anything.
Brighton playing tomorrow. Cheering on Barnsley to hopefully put them in a bad place in time for Sunday. |

![]() http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21756737 Holloway, 50, has been charged for alleged misconduct towards match officials at full-time in the fixture. Meanwhile, Zaha, 20, could face action over a gesture made to Leeds fans, for which he has already apologised. Both have until 16:00 GMT on Friday 15 March to respond to the charges. |

I hadn't realised that Ollie had said anything to the officials, to me it looked like he was just shooing our players away.
Cardiff drawing with Leicester last night. Good result, keeps Leicester at bay and Cardiff still looking over their shoulders which is important seeing as they still have to play Watford & Hull. |

The Millwall game on April 13th will have to be moved now due to their FA Cup semi.
And Jermaine Easter has go on loan to them til the end of the season. |

I'm also there, can't wait now! The Brighton fans are really nervous about this one. Can't help but feel I'd be much more confident about it if we were at home. Quote:

i'm not going to even mention the score, what a let-down that was. we need to pull it together for these final 8 games and sort this away form out otherwise we can forget about 2nd and just hope we finish in the top 6.
