Well Leicester have only won once in 10 and lost again tonight.
I think the less said about yesterday's debacle the better. Two games in a row where we could have taken this promotion race by the scruff of the neck and two games in a row where we have failed miserably.

3 for us...and Cardiff keep giving everyone a chance.
A flashback from 1979 , promotion year . Palace v Notts County shown today on ITV4 still on ITV Player , good to see some old faces Hillaire , Swindelhurst , Murphy etc
i think we should forget about getting 2nd spot and just concentrate on finishing in the top 6... what i don't want to see is a collapse where we drop out of the play-off places...

Also, you will hate playing on our pitch tomorrow. It truly is terrible and to compare it with a ploughed field would give ploughed fields a bad name.
Finally I foresee an easy 3 points for the away side. And we are probably going down.”
Average really , defence is leaking goals .
Pitch at Blackpool does look terrible , don't think you will go down . Never an easy 3 points when Palace are away from home , can't seem finish teams off , & concede to many late goals
3 defeats on the spin, no goals scored in those 3 games. automatic promotion has definitely gone. we have to try and cling on to a play-off spot. can't believe how poor we've been of late.
a load of shite again... how long did they have 10 men for and we still couldn't score! ... at this rate we will fall out of the top 6... dismal stuff.
Great time to produce our worst form of the season. We'd probably need to win all 6 of our remaining games to have any chance of second. Probably best to concentrate on getting some form back and having a good run of results heading in to the play-offs.

The statistics were amazing though - Palace had 23 shots, 12 on target, compared with Barnsley's 3 shots off target. Perhaps their goalkeeper played a blinder?
^ We didn't really test the keeper all that much tbh. Had loads of attacks but with no clear chances and the shots we did have on target were quite weak.
Having said that, I thought we were improved on recent games. Stopped conceding, now just have to work on that tricky, scoring thing!
