Just noticed that our away game at West Ham on February 25th is now a 12.45pm kick-off as the game will be shown live on Sky Sports 2.

Bristol City away tonight , let's hope we can end our goal scoring drought against them , not the same spice with this fixture since the departures of Johnson & Warnock , but still good to get one over on them for the Sears "Goal "

Half-time: Bristol City 0-1 Palace
So far, so good. Wouldn't it make a nice change if we could actually kill this game off in the second half by adding a couple more! |

Full-time: Bristol City 2-2 Palace
Even at 2-0 up we are still unable to kill a game off. So bloody frustrating. |

well that was predictable. you could see that coming a mile off. it's the same old story again. we sit back, soak up the pressure and inevitably get done.
and still no league win this year. |

I suppose on the plus side it's another point gained (the sooner we get to 50 the happier I'll be!) and we actually managed to score 2 goals in a game!
Hopefully we can finally get a home win this weekend. |

Another disappointing result against Bristol City . The wait for the first win of the year continues ,at least we scored more than one goal , even though the second was a penalty again .
We just don't seem to be able to kill off teams ,and are not ruthless enough in front of goal . Seven players booked for Bristol City . Another chance for the first double of the season on Saturday |

Well, Dougie seems happy about last night... Quote:
"I thought the lads were outstanding. We were the better side and played some great football to go two goals up.
"It's not like us to concede as we did in the closing stages, but this is a difficult place to come and I cannot fault the players. "Wilfried Zaha is an exciting young player who works hard at his game. He scored a quality goal, but doesn't always come up with an end product. That will improve as he gains more experience. "I thought we looked dangerous all through the game and might have had more goals. The result was a disappointment, but otherwise I couldn't be happier." |

Didn't we let in two in the last five minutes at Blackpool a couple of weeks ago ?
i love dougie but do sometimes wonder about his after-match comments... sure we played some decent stuff at times last night but to call us outstanding is ott... they put us under the kosh alot and we invited pressure like we normally do by sitting too deep again... once they got the 1st goal it was inevitible that they got the 2nd... |

Dare I say that's been coming!
Ironically not the best of performances but who cares when the goals are flying in! Great stuff. |

Fair play..turning in to a bogy side for us.
Up till your 1st we had most of the play but a bad mistake let Easter in and then we just defended very poorly throughout and were very lacklusture up front. |

Always enjoy playing Watford.
![]() It was closer than it suggests, but great to finally start putting some chances away. More of the same at West Ham please! |
