amazing end. just when I was thinking what a massive missed opportunity. and then Gayle produces that piece of magic! and we needed that with Man City next.

Huge win, more so with Fulham and Sunderland winning, too.
Gets us to within 3 points of Villa, also. |

Much appreciated, Hetal.
Just having a good look at the table, it's certainly got very tight down there now. Our goal difference is still poor so hopefully we can somehow avoid a walloping at the Etihad on Saturday. |

yeah, cheers Hetal.
damage limitation against City but beyond that January will be massive for us. 4 league games, 3 at home against Norwich, Stoke & Hull. that will probably make or break the rest of the season. |

Well done today, not just on the three points, but on getting out of the relegation zone! Enjoy this extra Christmas present!

great win yesterday... 1st half was a bit drab but we were the better team in the 2nd half.. did think the goal was never gonna come but what a goal it was when it did, and no better time to score with just seconds left...
am worried about tomorrow but hopefully everyone pulls their weight, stays disciplined, and maybe we can frustrate them somewhat... |

here we go. this could be one of those games I'll have to watch through fingers in front of my face!
the line-up: Speroni, Mariappa, Gabbidon, Delaney, Parr, Ward, Jedinak, Bannan, Puncheon, Bolasie, Jerome. Subs : Price, Moxey, Campana, Jonny Williams, Phillips, Gayle, Chamakh. |

Great effort from the lads so far. Only going to get tougher as one would think City will step it up a gear or two in the second 45.

We gave that a proper good go.
Such a shame Ward's effort didn't go in. |

Magnificent effort. Cannot fault anyone.
Before the game I was dreading a mauling but now it's over I'm actually gutted we didn't get a draw. If it wasn't for that world class save by Hart from Ward's rocket we really could have come away with a point. Pulis has transformed us. We keep putting in that kind of effort, continue showing that kind of spirit and if we get a goalscorer to come in the transfer window (as well as getting Murray back) then the second half of the season could be very interesting for us! |

Did not expect that score , say's something about our display that Hart got MOM . Have to make sure we don't slip up against Norwich now .

Well done Palace, you played really well today unlucky with the result, my mate is a massive Palace fan, he was very dubious with Pullis coming in, but he is doing a great job, my mate is actually singing his praises these days and is a lot happier and optimistic now.
Think you can beat Norwich |

Good results elsewhere for us today, no one else around us winning. |

Think I'm just about getting over yesterday now. Games like that seem to be the story of our season, so near yet so far. I can only think of 2 or 3 games where we have been completely out played.
For the first time I actually do dare to believe that we might just stay up, the January transfer window will be key tho. Just pleased Rory DeLap has now retired
