That's some important games coming up. Palace look like a real solid unit and tough to break down. With West Brom having 66% of the ball it just shows you possession means nothing if you can't do anything worthwhile with it. Ince looks like a hard working grafter in there which is what a team in a dogfight needs.

enjoyed the game yesterday... end to end stuff at times. real good to see us score more than 1 goal for a change... good debuts all round but especially from ince and brilliant to see murray back.

...we look good at home, but our destiny will be decided away from selhurst in the run-in...

Pulis is doing a superb job, hope you stay up and we can join you next season. Like going to Selhurst Park.

cheers joe

mental to think that we're only 3 points off the drop zone and only a point from the top 10!

Looking forward to Everton tonight. It would be a great time to pick up some surprise points against one of the bigger sides.

I'll take a point right now to be honest but it's going to be extremely tough.

We've got to start picking up more points away from Selhurst in general or our home form will count for nothing.

tonight's line-up:

Speroni, Ward, Parr, Dann, Dikgacoi, Ince, Puncheon, Jedinak, Delaney, Ledley, Chamakh.

Subs : Bolasie, Thomas, Gayle, Murray, Gabbidon, Hennessey, Bannan.

looking at the weather conditions in Manchester & Stoke I'm surprised our game is definitely on.

Game called off.

Just 30 minutes before kick-off. Absolute joke.

they've had a red weather warning up there for hours and they call it off at 7.10pm??? total farce.

Got past the closed motorway, dodged the fallen trees and over-turned lorries in the road and got to just outside Liverpool at 7.20...then spun around and came home again. Bah.

Good on you for making the attempt, Joooe. I still think it was ridiculous that it was called off so late. It was obvious to everyone all day that it was hardly going to be the type of weather to play a football match in.

always boring when we're not involved in a cup weekend...

...with everton winning today in the cup looks like the league fixture might not be rearranged until the end of march now...

Yeah there seems to be so many Saturdays without a game this season.

I resorted to following the Millwall/Bolton game yesterday!

At last the break is over and now we can look forward to United's visit tomorrow. I think the atmosphere is going to be the best yet this season at Selhurst. Hopefully that will inspire the lads and we can get something from it.

About to go in, atmosphere outside is electric. Dare I say that we might, just might have a chance today?

0-0 at half-time.

showing them a bit too much respect IMO. need to get stuck in a bit more and cut out the sloppiness when we do get the ball.

full-time: 0-2.

same old story against one of the big boys. one moment of madness in the 2nd half costs us the game. at least our heads didn't drop & the GD didn't take a battering.

Not sure what it was, but I didn't think we were at our best today.

On the plus side - Murray's back starting games! And the Holmesdale display was awesome.

Too many of those half-and-half scarves being sold outside though.

Yep, seen it all before too many times against the top 7 this season. All the hard work undone again, this time by Chamakh's reckless challenge.

Until that moment United were finding it tough to find a way through and we had actually started the second half a lot more positive than we played in the entire first.

But, as we've said before our fate won't be decided in games like today, it's when we play those in and around us.

On a plus side, brilliant to see Murray start. A couple of more games and he should be back to full match fitness.

meh to yesterday... my growing concern is how we're unable to take any points off of the top 7 whereas our relegation rivals seem to be able to do that, the latest being norwich today...
