If this is a sign of things to come under Warnock, I doubt my heart will take it! Crikey!
Just as I was about to let rip with how we managed to throw it all away we snatch a deserved draw. How nice to actually be scoring a goal at the death rather than conceding one. |

Zaha looked completely relaxed when he came on, as if he had never been away.
Two week break now. Time for everything to settle down after the madness of the past couple of weeks. And hopefully time to get the defence back to how it was. Too many schoolboy errors in our opening three matches. |

Amazing what confidence and being made to feel wanted does for a player.
Can't wait to see Wilf back in a palace shirt on MOTD. |

It's great to see us looking dangerous in attack. Hopefully we'll bring in a left back this week, and I'd love us to spend some money on a real solid centre-midfielder to give us proper options when Ledley or Jedinak are injured like this. Quote:

Wilfried Zaha says he has laid the foundations to push his career forward after scoring a stoppage time equaliser against Newcastle United on his Crystal Palace return. The Eagles academy graduate, who re-joined the club on loan from Manchester United earlier this week, bagged a well-taken volley in the fifth minute of stoppage time to earn the south Londoners a deserved point in an entertaining 3-3 draw at St James’ Park. And speaking to cpfc.co.uk after his memorable strike, Zaha said: “To be honest, I’d missed way too many chances before that, so I’m buzzing to get the goal. “Since I came back, I’ve been comfortable and everyone has shown me love around the place. All I need to do is get settled again and get playing. “It’s always great to play and I feel at home doing that here with players I’ve played with before. |

good game, very enjoyable... but we should be kicking ourselves... poor defending has cost us a win. maybe not at 1-0 but at 2-1 we should have closed them down better, especially that aarons kid who was given free reign...
...great to see gayle score, and also to see zaha back and scoring too... now it's all about the transfer window and who we can get in before tomorrow night... |

Jedinak/Ledley/McArthur are three good centre midfielders. Wigan fans seem to love him!
Sky suggesting we're gonna break our transfer record for him, but Steve Parish confirmed on the BBS that Gayle would remain our record signing. |

Yeah, reports suggesting the fee will be around £5m now. Great acquisition, although I won't smile about it until it's a done deal!

I wouldn't be angry at Murray going if we have a quality (and younger) striker on the way in.
If on the other hand it's someone like Kevin Doyle... |

Chamakh is out for a month isn't he? Letting Murray go now is insanity. January perhaps but not now.
Weren't we being linked to Gary Hooper earlier? |
