I have requested my number be transffered to my Giff Gaff one.
I have only really installed the Giff Gaff SIM into my mobile to make sure it works (have put my old SIM back into the mobile (O2) and was going to wait for it to die before installing the new SIM).
It reads on Giff Gaff's site:
"IMPORTANT NOTICE: Now that your number is currently in the process of being transferred to giffgaff please do not replace your giffgaff SIM card as this will cause your transfer to fail! Instead simply report any lost or stolen SIM issue to us by replying directly to this Email."
I'm guessing I'm doing it correctly by keeping my old O2 SIM in the phone until it dies (should be tommorow)?
Just wanted to make sure as it seemed to be a bit ambiguous (I thought they would have said "please do not install your Giff Gaff SIM" instead of "please do not replace")?
