Quite agree Fox I continue in my bid to turn the mega beast into a human being every day. I continue to drag him kicking and screaming out of the eighties. If I didn't intervene in his daily appearance he would go out looking like an extra from steptoe and son . Like Victoria Beckham helped David I too have helped Faceache he now has progressed from boot cut to slim cut jeans he is learning.

I am tagging this post only to make my point.Unfortunately it is sad that others are not given the same freedom of speech without being accused of hating on John or unlurking to cause trouble. I have read many posts over the last few months which have questioned the honesty of Josie.Whether it be commenting on her relationship with current partner or questioning her words and actions. One person can can be classed as being "honest" and "just expressing an opinion" whilst others have been on numerous occasions taken to task and singled out for being "honest" and "only expressing an opinion" on John and his words or actions. It is clear that some prefer John over Josie whilst not actually hating Josie and there are some who prefer Josie over John whilst not hating John.The difference however is that some are made more welcome on here then others. It is quite clear to me after reading the thread from day 1 that there are also true supporters of both and that is clearly represented in their fair and non judgmental comments [we all know who they are]. It is true to say that a thread without debate would be very boring but to be honest I would post a lot more on here and debate comments if I did not think my "opinions" would be jumped on as I have witnessed how others have been treat in the past . I don't want to be told to not join or read the thread if I prefer one over the other and yet from other peoples posts you can see that they have a preference but are made welcome.I have to go out now for a hospital appointment but I would love to be able to read peoples views on why one posters views are accepted as honest and their criticism seen as an expression of opinion yet another poster[i think you know who I mean] is seen as being always critical of John and coming on to cause trouble when from evidence of posts they have done they are always factual,to the point and challenge comments made by others which could be viewed as critical of Josie ???? I am a little confused and I am not posting out of malice but out of genuine curiosity. There are wonderful kind people on here and its a shame that myself and others are afraid to post their views more often.

I don't resent either partner, there's no reason to. John and Josie have made their decisions of who to be involved with. Why would the partner be to blame for anything?

If he was never with Sherrie, that's exponentially worse than actually meeting someone in less than a month and selling a story with. Because then the only reason was to hurt Josie and that's just shit. I hope he was/is with Sherrie, otherwise...jeez.


Sherrie didn't do anything to hurt Josie, unless that actually was her tweeting from that account to Josie LOL.

Maybe the difference is that one was a month later (maybe less) and one was 6 months later?

It really is simples old girl.All depends on the tone of post.When you get criticised and accused of hating on Jose,being unappreciated etc....when yo know they also have been,continue to be appreciative about John,then you start thinking they just want to cause unnecessary arguments.

Maybe,take a look at your posts,and others can do that too,and you might see why you feel that way?

I don't know where I feature in your view of thread mates on this thread but I am willing to listen to other points of view but I do respect a balanced view point John is no angel and neither is Josie if they were perfect I doubt I would be interested in them . If there is criticism of Josie and her interviews in Mags I kind of understand it as she is prone to contradict herself but this doesn't mean she is not liked on this thread. I critisise my husband but I love him. I think the same goes for John I like him but he too is no angel.
I don't know where I am going with this except to say I hope you feel able to post here from time to time I for one will welcome your views.

Sometimes I get jumped on, sometimes I am ignored and sometimes people agree or offer polite counter argument. I think it depends on the mood of the thread, who is on and the mood of those people. I think us women like to take offence too much - to what others have said and to what others have said about what we have said but at the end of the day, this is just a forum, it can't really hurt you can it? I wouldn't want to get in to heated discussion with someone in real life about something as bizarre as this but what happens on here doesn't affect me or my life. So I say - just say what you think because it really doesn't matter.
