Haha, well, I've yet to see anyone in the top half of the board be in danger/go, but that's just based on my limited perspective of the few games I've played (and watched after being eliminated). What happens in the bottom 2, by the way, is there a skateoff or is it just instant elimination?

Twists and Sequins ran for 7 series on the Strictly forums and certainly the earlier ones, it wasnt unusual to see people near the top of the leaderboard in the bottom 2

And even the last series of this which Niall won, Helen left 5th even though she was I think top of the leaderboard, or 2nd of the leaderboard

Val left when she topped the leaderboard when she took part in one of the earlier strictly versions. So it does happen

Unless theres a twist which states otherwise then yeah the person with the least votes will be the one who leaves

I know that a lot of people dont vote by the leaderboard. Most people tell me they vote based on the song choices they liked the most

Yeah, in series 1 there were loads of shocking results, the biggest being when Helen topped the leaderboard and had been getting high scores for a while and was eliminated and there was also a few other I think

I would say it tends to be more predictable at the beginning and when it gets closer towards the end it starts to become less predictable, however I think it was quite early on last series when me and Jess were in the bottom 2 and I think that was quite shocking because we both had high scores that night

Oh, one more question, is the bottom 2 the actual bottom 2, or is the other non-eliminated person randomised?

As far as DSon SD is concerned it is always the couple who has finished bottom and a randomly selected couple

There is a tie in the public votes at the bottom. But at all times I do make it clear what the scenario is

Suzy thats right for your other game but in Twists and Sequins it has always been the actual bottom 2 so yep the bottom 2 is the actual bottom 2

I did think this, but then Niall mentioned a shock bottom 2 in a previous series so thought I should ask.

We've not had a bottom 2 this series yet though. Obviously everyone got through yesterday but on Mondays show I stated that there would be no bottom 2 and the 6 people who are through were announced in no particular order and the person who was bottom would just leave straight out. So nobodies been bottom 2 as yet

I'm gobsmacked by that score and I'm really happy thank you judges! I was a bit scared I'd be penalised for having a slower song, but I'm delighted by how its turned out!
