Probably when the mod's have picked themselves up off the floor from laughing about the line-up. Presume ITV couldn't afford anyone anybody had ever heard of once they'd forked out for the Beakey's salary

couldn't they have invited one or two dark-haired women we might have heard of, rather than an entire squad of peroxide blondes? I think I'll be making good use of the mute button, can't bear those vacuous accents.

Blonde, brunette, red, blue, green, purple... does it really matter? A brunette isn't any more interesting than a blonde, just like a blonde isn't any more interesting than a brunette. To be honest, sounds like moaning for the sake of it.
I'm sure the producers didn't pick all blondes on purpose, and that it was just a coincidence that they later noticed. The celebs would've been picked for their personalities and/or skating ability (or lack of), not because they have blonde hair.
Edit: Sorry for being off topic, OP. I'm sure they moved the IAC forum the day before it started, but since it's already 10pm, it doesn't seem likely they'll do it today. If it's not moved by the afternoon tomorrow, I suggest a couple of us message them and ask if it could be moved.

Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean they haven't actually done anything relevant or that other people haven't heard of them. While there are some that I haven't really heard of in this line up and others that I am not as keen on at they all at least appear to have at least something of a career not just famous for being a WAG or off another reality show etc and there are a couple that I can honestly say I do like.
As for your thoughts on hair colour why on earth is that relevant to anything?? Being blonde, brunette or otherwise does not affect your performance I know brunettes who are dippier than some of the blondes I know. I hardly think it was a conscious decision on the part of DOI to book all blondes I think the skating skill/entertainment value ranks as a bit more important than merely looks. Also again accents hardly affect the performances of the people involved.
Also how is any of this relevant to the Dancing On Ice forum being moved back to the main page exactly. (Slaps self on wrist for being naughty and staying off topic)
I only managed to find the DOI forum yesterday. I'm accessing DS via the mobile site and DOI is so well hidden as to be virtually invisible.

True. They probably didn't give it any thought until they saw them all together. I'm sure if they were casting on looks, they'd have tried to mix it up a bit more, but in terms of personality and background, they have got a good variety.
Assuming someone is vacuous because they are blonde, and have a Liverpool accent reveals that the complainant is extremely shallow themselves.
And the delay in moving this forum to the main page can't have anything to do with the quality of the celebs, because Big Brother is on there, and that's the show that has several people whose claim to fame is being a "model" or shagging someone famous.
