Alesha didn't know anything about dancing, she just knew how to learn a routine and do as Matthew told her - it didn't stop the BBC hiring her - mainly for her looks and age!

Actually, he has come across very well in several interviews I have seen of him. His persona is one of a 'Himbo' but he isn't stupid in reality. He is also very self-deprecating about his vanity and knows how the tabloids have painted him.
