YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
![]() One of my absolute favourite games of this generation. I think it was well worth it at full price (I've played it three times, 40-50 hours each playthrough), so for £8.50 it's a bloody bargain. |

It's currently going for £5 in Morrisons as part of their sale if you can find any stock. I got ME2, Crysis2, & Bulletstorm for £5 each, and Portal 2 for £7.

Yip - check out hukd for a bigger list. It's an old post (8 days old), but the sale is still on in the stores, it just depends on the stock they have.

I became all OCD about the mining. By the time I had finished the game I think I had stripped the galaxy of all its valuable resources

The only thing I don't like about this game is the horrendous load times. Isn't dying in the game punishment enough, nope it seems not, you have the long wait to reload the checkpoint. arrgghh!
I could understand it if the game was playing from disc, but its the DL version obviously running from the HDD. Ah well, great game, I'm getting well into it. |

A hard drive with flash memory (for caching), it will half your load times.
Seagate Momentus XT 500GB is what I use which costs about 70 quid. You can get other capacities though. http://www.ebuyer.com/222310-seagate...d-st95005620as |

A note of warning though, as well as being hybird these drive run at the faster 7200 RPM which means they generate a little more heat. For me this isn't an issue as my PS3 isn't stuffed into a tight space, its got plenty of ventilation. If your PS3 already has a tendency of putting your fan at max speed while playing a game a would avoid it. My PS3 never went above the second fan speed before i got the hybrid and still doesn't with it, it is a PS3 Slim though. |
