I noticed on the profiles of the contestants, frankie is without a surname again! i remember last year people saying it was because she got divorced, and there were rumours she had secretly married david seaman, and another rumour saying she had a funny maiden name. lol! just wondered if anyone had any idea why she still doesn't have a last name

I would guess because she just wants to be known as Frankie.

The Sun have used her surname today!....

KIDS' TV presenter Mark Rhodes is finding it strange as he prepares to swap his on screen partner Sam Nixon, for professional skater Frankie Poultney, when he ventures out onto the ice.

Viewers will see Mark, 30, and Sam face off against each other for the first time since they met on Pop Idol almost a decade ago.

The pair went on to release two singles together and become a double act on telly.

He admitted: "We've not been in competition with each other since Pop Idol years ago so it's a bit odd!"

Newspapers are not up to date and make mistakes. Most places have had pictures of Heidi with Sylvain, and not mentioned Andrei.

Is Frankie still with David Seaman - anyone know? (At least I knew him!)

To be honest, I really don't care that much about Frankie's last name and why she doesn't use it - its her choice. She's an amazing skater and a stunning girl, oh yes and she's back on the show! That's what I'm bothered about.

Damn. I wanted a Frankie Cocozza and Frankie whateverhernameis combo this year. The two Frankies. That would have been hilarious.

There's not much point in her using a second name now. It might prove to be a problem if another professional Frankie comes along, but she's one of the best known skaters, and most of the time, on the show at least, she's talked about along with her celebrity partner, so people aren't getting confused.

She was originally announced with her surname on the first couple of series. She only changed it half way through.

God help her with the partner she was given... Good luck Frankie.

I love Frankie as well ... she's always so energetic and enthusiastic. I always thought her and Chris Fountain should've won their year!
