good point. The Duchesnays - now you're talking, they were electric. You can get them on Youtube and the combination of their talent and hard work and Christopher Dean's choreography was fab.

Totally agree,I loved the Duchesnays. One of the best Ice Dance Pairs back in the late 80s/early 90s.

Hes had 2 marriages that together lasted a long time, neither of which ended due to an eye for the ladies... I recall reading somewhere that his marriage to Jill had ended a long while before it was announced in the press and was due to his commitment to the show and tour that meant he was away from home for much of the year. I actually don't think his record is as bad as the thread title suggests! Lol... He and Karen have known each other for years and if both found themselves feeling happier with each other then good luck to them. However, i must say I'm not too keen on Karen myself and dont see them as a good match but who am I to judge lol.

Yup. And everything was danced at a very low level. The first time I saw them they did a jungle theme and it was totally incredible and blew everybody away - apart from the judges who were still stuck in the themes from My Fair Lady mode.

It would just be mega ironic if now that Karen is well entrenched both in the show and Chris Dean's private life, to the extent that both Nicky and Jason, people who did not get on too well with her, have been removed from the show, if he suddenly found the attractive Katarina somewhat alluring.

I hope they let Kati perform on the show - she was an amazing skater- even if it is one of her short programmes
