iPad 2 to be used with Kodak 5250 printer
I have a kodak5250 aio printer which is connected to my two laptops by wifi.
I want to use the same printer with my new ipad2. I have downloaded Kodak pic flick app as advised by Kodak but it will not recognise the kodak5250 printer. I know it needs/usesairplay but Kodak say that by downloading the app will make it work. Is there anybody out there who can help or has dealt with the same. Please take into account that I am the world best computer person in relation to software |

Don't think your printer supports AirPrint. According to Apple, the Canon MG5310 and above support it. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356
Kodak's own Pic Flick app is supposed to allow you to print photos only though. But I've not used it. |

Yeah its needs to support Airprint and also your router needs to be able to allow the Bonjour service, which is what apple use to allow you to print to airprinters

This won't be much help, but my friend has a Kodak hero printer, (it looks very simler to yours) and I got the Kodak app working, but I found like the whole printer none of it worked quite how I thought it would. I can't remember how I did it,
but have you set up google cloud print, Is the printer turned on, Connected to the same wifi network.. |
