Wiggins was road racing long before he got involved in the Olympics... raced against him at uni... so you're a little off the mark there.
If you read my post, I wasn't saying they start doping you at that age... my point was that it was quite clear for about 3 years what was going on... anyone wanting a winning career in cycling who didn't want to dope would have been very naive.
