Music Goss
Did nt really have any interest in
Elvis, thought he was just a creation by the big corporations to attract women and sell a ton of vynl. But I had a read of one of his biogs and in fact he spent his life on a kind of spiritual quest. He was continuously reading spiritual type books, mainly inspired by his hairdresser.... who was into that kind of thing. Over in the UK George of the Beatles was on a similar spiritual quest . |

Wonder if George's place... Friar Park... will become a Beatles Centre or Beatles Museum somewhere down the road... a bit like Graceland became a huge Elvis attraction
( in fact Elvis is buried there ) |

They say anything and everything in unoffical biogs after someone has died to paint them in a certain light.
Really the only spirtual quest that Elvis was on was one that went past Mcdonalds. |

Really the only spirtual quest that Elvis was on was one that went past Mcdonalds. Larry Geller became his hair stylist and joined his entourage. Larry also introduced Elvis to lots of spiritual kind of books, Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran and many others. A bit like George Harrison, Elvis was on a spiritual quest. |
