I do remember her saying in that interview that's on youtube that she does spend time up in Glasgow as she has friends there

No idea how the uploader has got these but 6 demos that apparently got sent to David Kahne before he agreed to produce the Lizzy Grant album. Wow.

1. Brite Lites (0:00) (demo)
2. Get Drunk (3:03) (NEVER HEARD BEFORE?)
3. Jimmy Necco (7:31) (NEVER HEARD BEFORE?)
4. Jump (10:25) (demo)
5. Put Me In A Movie (13:18) (demo)
6. Yayo (17:30) (demo)

'Fraid not. But I will let you know if I hear anything. They sound stunning. I can see why she has often said she kept getting turned down by record companies because these aren't what you could call 'commercial' sounding at all. The acoustic version of Yayo here is just incredible.

PS In its first full week on sale, Lana's album hits #1 in Australia!

I can only listen to the demo version of that song, unlike National Anthem where I love the album version now.

It's not bad but yeah as we've said previously sometimes the demo is better than the original. Really want National Anthem to be a single!!

I really hope she would be there...I mean imagine if she performed Blue Jeans/Born To Die live there....woah! But somehow i dont think she will be....Coldplay, Rihanna, Adele, Florence, etc i think will be the main performers. As well as upcoming nominees/unknowns etc.

Lana Del Rey has 'three albums-worth of songs written'

Singer's label president says 'loads of brilliant tracks' are already lined-up for 'Born To Die' follow-up.

Lana Del Rey has 'three albums-worth of songs written'

Ferdy Unger-Hamilton, president of Lana Del Rey's record label Polydor, has said that the singer already has "three albums-worth of songs" in the bag for the follow-up to her debut 'Born To Die'.

Speaking to Music Week, Unger-Hamilton said that the singer is a "talented writer and a remarkable lyricist" and already has new songs written for a deluxe edition of 'Born To Die'.

Asked what the singer had in reserve, he said: "She had three CDs-worth of songs written, with loads of brilliant tracks - enough for us to do the album and a deluxe [edition] and still have stuff left for later records. She's a really talented writer and a remarkable lyricist."

Hamilton added that he believed the singer's career would have been "a disaster" if she hadn't been able to prove that she had material to match her debut single 'Video Games', as the hype would have been too much to handle.

He said of this: "This all started because of the power of a song. As we speak, 'Video Games' has spent eight or nine weeks in the UK Top 20. This project would have undoubtedly been a disaster with that much attention if she didn't have 60 or so songs written when we signed her."

Lana Del Rey's debut album 'Born To Die', which has sold over 900,000 copies worldwide since its release, is expected to be deposed from the top of the Official UK Album Chart on Sunday (February 19) by Emeli Sande.

Woah she is close to a million sales for her debut already worldwide!!

And YES YES YES, I hope that she really does keep creating and pushing new areas, i do predict massive things for her definitely.

In 10 years time i really want to be able to call Janelle Monae, Florence Welch and Lana Del Rey Music Icons....cmon ladies make this happen.

Cannot wait to hear more material in the future and see and hear how she adapts and changes. I love the Born To Die album so much.

That's great! Would really love a new album from her sooner rather than later, maybe half way through next year? Had a proper good listen to the album last night, I confess I don't like Million Dollar Man, that's it though like everything else!

Lana's album is #1 for a 3rd week in Ireland, amazingly holding off the hew album from Emeli Sande.

PS And talking of the Lizzy Grant album, I can't wait for a re-mastered Yayo and Pawn Shop Blues. Amazing songs.
