Why have the JLS albums gone down hill year on year?

The first album i thought was impeccible for a boyband i really did. The songs are catchy, varied and different. The 3 singles where outstanding and original. I thought that album was one of the best i'd heard by a boyband for a long time. The production and writing - everything was perfect on there.

Then i heard the second album. Just liked the 3 singles and That's my Girl. Everything else seemed so lame and cringeworthy, they are just going through the motions, most songs sound similar to each other, even the singing you can tell they're just going through the motions, they sound bored on it, the writing isn't very good. Basically a collection of lacklustre songs bar the ones i named.

Then the third album, its an improvement no doubt, but still most songs lack originality, catchiness, the production aims to make them catchy but substance wise there ain't much there. I mean there new single Do you feel what i feel sounds quite lame! nothing original there, thats literally the only acceptable thing for a 3rd single, the rest has variations of good to very bad. Nothing groundbreaking, just same old.

The first album impressed me hugely. But the last 2 albums, really feel rushed and boring. So whats changed? They only had one year on the first album, so why change all now?
There was something different in the first year for me with them. Now, i just see them milking the cash cow, the first year i thought they where quite iconic and would be go very far, now they're just spinning out any old crap. I mean the Club Is Alive goes down as one of the most undeserved number 1's ever i have to say, more like top 10.

I am glad there album sales are down, as the 2nd album was abysmal. What are they doing wrong!

Listening to that 2nd album again just now, awful!!!!!!!

Outta my world is crap. Everything apart from the 3 singles and Thats My Girl and other side of the world isn't up to standard.
So much FILLER.

Still listening, it sounds like a Aston solo record!

Here's what i would keep and chuck

Keep
1. Club Is Alive 5/10
2. Eyes Wide Shut 6/10
3. That's My Girl 9/10
4. Love U More 8/10
5. Other Side Of The World 7/10
6. Dont Talk About Love 8/10
7. The Last Song 7/10
8. That's What I'm Coming from 7/10

The 6 other songs i am not including are CRAP.
But it's like filler overload.
If they add She makes me wanna, take a chance on me and the best of the jukebox album you get a ok album, otherwise RIP OFF.

Chuck the rest

Because they are releasing year on year and there music is shit and generic.

I am not a fan of the group, but did think there first album singles were good, catchy songs and different, but they came back with there second album and the singles were terrible songs.

I must be really strange then because 'Outta This World' is my favourite JLS album by faaaaaar! The only songs on that album I'm not fussed about are The Club Is Alive and The Last Song!
Love At War is the best song IMO, along with Superhero, That's Where I'm Coming From and Don't Talk About Love
