What's 'hating on'? Is it the same as hating? How do you 'hate on' someone?
I really hate that expression.

Otherwise I would agree with the OP.

If you were ITV and you'd somehow got yourself into this awful deal where you were paying a no-talent presenter a bundle of money for... wouldn't you try to make them work?
She is working and has done a good job tonight. I really don't know how she can take the amount of abuse she gets. I would be in pieces, really don't know how she keeps smiling. No amount of money is worth that

Is 'hating on' a fashionable way of disliking?
I think so, but obviously I'm not "down with the kids" and don't watch American teeny crap, which is why I hate (not hate on) the phrase

I'm an old git though. This is the last year of my 30s.

It's an Americanism, I guess.

Nothing personal but can't stand the woman so didnt bother watching the show tonight, wish her and her frank would run off to a desert island somwhere so we don't have to set eyes on them again.

No idea. Have I woken up in America? Or the land of Cher Lloyd perhaps?

Nobody I know uses the expression "hating on", OP. However, if you are asking why people dislike Christine, personally I find her inexplicably irritating. Plus her makeup was awful last night.

I liked Holly, there was a warmth about her. My husband liked her too.

Look this girl is doing a great job, hey she is presenting, its called "Dancing on Ice" its about the dancers, and not watching a show because if a presenter is just laughable LOL. she or philip hardly feature LOL its the contesants backgrounds, the contestants dancing and judges commentS!

Look I see nothing wrong with her presenting, it seems fine to me, my word the girl is just doing her job, and is just as good as Holly. Get over it people, she has done nothing wrong, and is extremley professional at doing her job. People just want to hate on her for no reason because she actually has done nothing wrong
or we hate her because - guess what - we don't bloody like her. Why don't you get over the fact that some of us don't agree with your assessment of Christine

i think she is doing very well on the show. I liked her on The One Show but she was too much for me on Daybreak. I hope she keeps up the good work and wish her luck on it.

I think she is a bland presenter. But I don't hate her or anyone.

She does have a strange nose though.

Loved Holly but I feel Christine did a decent job. She seemed a tad nervous to start but that's understandable following the whole Daybreak fiasco! Best of luck to her.

Besides. the real issue this year is Louie Spence...

Stopped reading after the words "hating on" - Please stop using this nonsensical Americanism.

How does anyone have an emotion ON someone?

Lol

Yes, she did seem nervous last night, didn't she?

Oh well, if she continues to annoy me I'll just watch on a slight delay and fast forward her.

Exactly. I really like Robin and Katarina but I'm not "loving on" them.
