Thank you Rattie Two fabulous singers together

How about this for blowing our own trumpet

Lovely dealing with all the @joemcelderry91 fans this week. In 27 years covering showbiz, never seen such fab people http://TalentGB.com

There's a biographical piece about Joe (I haven't copied as it's quite long), but it includes:

And he is the only X Factor contestant to address the Oxford Union, following in the illustrious footsteps of Winston Churchill and Albert Einstein!
When was this and what was he speaking about?

Found this

http://www.shieldsgazette.com/what-s...nion-1-6151073

A number of singers have also given talks, including Michael Jackson, Shakira, and Jon Bon Jovi.

I'm pleased Rhydian will be there too - I'll add this to his thread
This will be a treat with both Joe and Rhydian singing in it.

Nice little article about "the World's most dangerous TV show" "The Jump" being renewed for a second series and the rights being sold internationally

http://www.sundayworld.com/entertain...RmkHKg.twitter

Apparently it had as many viewers as the BBC coverage of the Sochi Winter Olympics

I enjoyed it once I got into it and Joe was an added bonus

With so many injuries though, will they struggle to find celebs willing to do it for next year

I think so, especially when they've billed it as the most dangerous TV show

Apparently they've had to double the insurance

Would love to see Joe come back with it in some capacity, maybe co-presenter, or even to hand over the cow bell trophy

I would think so, but I'd love to see Joe co-present, maybe roving reporter, out and about on the training days, chatting to the contestants as they're practising and then compete. He would understand everything they're going through because he's already done it

They can bond in sheer fear lol

I love that Joe is still happy to embrace the whole X Factor thing - don't think there is a negative bone in his body

This year they had Eddie the Eagle demonstrate the K40 - next year they could have Joe

He's like a breath of fresh air actually isn't he. You just know that he'll be genuinely rooting for all the performers to do well tonight. I want to see more Joe on TV. He makes me feel better.

Eek not sure about that!

But I like the idea of Joe being involved somehow on the presenting side and I think he'd love it.
