Apparently it had as many viewers as the BBC coverage of the Sochi Winter Olympics

I enjoyed it once I got into it and Joe was an added bonus

With so many injuries though, will they struggle to find celebs willing to do it for next year

I think so, especially when they've billed it as the most dangerous TV show

Apparently they've had to double the insurance

Would love to see Joe come back with it in some capacity, maybe co-presenter, or even to hand over the cow bell trophy

I would think so, but I'd love to see Joe co-present, maybe roving reporter, out and about on the training days, chatting to the contestants as they're practising and then compete. He would understand everything they're going through because he's already done it

They can bond in sheer fear lol

I love that Joe is still happy to embrace the whole X Factor thing - don't think there is a negative bone in his body

This year they had Eddie the Eagle demonstrate the K40 - next year they could have Joe

He's like a breath of fresh air actually isn't he. You just know that he'll be genuinely rooting for all the performers to do well tonight. I want to see more Joe on TV. He makes me feel better.

I hope he goes backstage, maybe we'll get some pics of Joe with the acts
