Thank you so much he looks very happy (as he always does these days - plenty to smile about!) and if the finale song is as haunting at the title suggests, I'm betting there won't be a dry eye in the audience when Joe sings it!

Just seems to get more beautiful every day, along with his voice I think that's now my favourite official Joe pic (until the next one )

Hey guys, haven't posted here in a while. I've noticed Joe's at the studio and can I just say, I can't wait to hear new stuff Very much relieved he's saying it's gonna be modern pop. Not that thrilled he described the whole thing as modern pop BALLADS but if they are huge, I'm fine with album full of ballads. There is nothing I wish more for Joe but to get success with his own stuff, but I often find myself being scared about it. Should they go after this or that. I guess we'll just have to trust Joe and his team

Hi there good to see your post Illuzionista. Totally agree with you, I'm really glad his next album will be along the pop route too. I'm wondering if he's emphasising ballads in interviews just in case fans are worried it could be Wide Awake v2 (in terms of production quality more than song choice) as soon as they hear it being described as pop. Decca's already proven through Classic that they know how to showcase Joe's voice, so I have every confidence in them, as well as Joe, who's learned a great deal over the past couple of years. I'm also hoping that there will be a few mid/uptempo tracks on the new album, much as I love his ballads, for variety. If I'm honest though, as long as I get to hear his gorgeous voice and it's not altered almost beyond recognition, then I know I'll love it

Looking forward to some original material with this one and hopefully at least one track written/co-written by Joe. Decca will be aware, I'm sure, that expectations are higher with this album (ha, no pressure Decca and Joe ) so I'm sure will be making every effort to get it right. As you say, we'll just have to trust Joe and his team. I'm much more excited about it than nervous though and I think that's down to all that Universal/Decca have done for Joe so far in the short time he's been signed with them as well as him now being signed up to the world's biggest talent agency (ahhh - just love being able to say that )

Meantime, a couple of nice pics from TCT Facebook of Joe working with some teens before seeing Jessie J at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday. Hope Jude doesn't mind me bringing this link across from JoeNuts:

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater

Judging by the amount of lovely comments on twitter from youngsters who met Joe and equally lovely pics that appeared, he obviously made a great impact Think he must have spent half the time saying yes to photo requests, bless him

And of course, not long to go now before Joe's performing at the Royal Albert Hall himself ... next month in fact

Catching up on news - this is exciting

I'm glad they are taking more time over this album as the last two were recorded quite quickly. Joe excells at the ballads so should show him at his best. I guess there will be at least two or three mid tempo tracks too, just to break it up a bit

Here's hoping this time the album hits No 1

Saw these tweets just before going to bed last night - wonder if Helen Boulding realised the reaction she was going to get by posting that tweet I suppose all will be revealed eventually.

Sorry to hear you still can't get on JN Gill, I am sure you have tried using a different browser?

Sky Sunrise is on between 6am - 9am I believe. I'm sure I will miss Joe's interview going to work, but hoping to catch up with it later on.

Interested to know what Joe will be discussing, Corrie Musicial, RAH or something else.
Gill P

I reckon it will be the Corrie musical which will be the main topic of the conversation. Is there a specific time that they interview stars and celebrities. On Breakfast it is almost always after 8.30.

Billie, I have used a different everything - IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome - nothing works! Changed my anti-virus, cleaned out all sorts of rubbish on the computer - nothing works!
