Joe to perform at summer party on London Bridge to celebrate the Queen Diamond Jubile

Joe has been officially invited and will perform at a summer party on London Bridge to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant.

UK Armed Forces will also join. Some 200 uniformed personnel and their flag-waving families will join guests of The Royal British Legion to celebrate 60 years of the Queen’s dedicated service to the nation, as their commander in chief and patron of the UK’s largest Armed Forces charity.

Joe gave this statement following the announcement:

"I'm thrilled to be part of The Royal British Legion's salute to Her Majesty The Queen on her Diamond Jubilee. I'm also very proud to be supporting the UK's leading charity supporting Her Majesty's Armed Forces. I performed at The Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance last year and it was one of the Highlights of my career so far. I'm very honoured to be invited back to perform for them once again."

And from listening to Hayley's vids from last night (thank you sooo much Hayley for recording!) he confirmed there will be "a few" songs on there he's written so must have been good enough to make the cut. Especially can't wait to hear the ones he's written! Roll on 17th Sept!

Finally home after Royal Albert Hall last night - Joe was stunning and there was lots of love for him there - audience and fellow performers

I was a bit surprised that he opened the show with DSB but it certainly put the audience in the mood for a good night

Nessun Dorma in the second half was stunning and a close runner up to performance of the night for me, which was Joe duetting with Dionne Warwick on the world premiere of 'One World One Song' I was - still am - sooooo proud of him

I think Dionne may have fallen a little under Joe's spell she didn't seem to want to let go of him at the end of their duet

Also made us smile that from where we were sitting we could see Joe standing in the wings, singing along to Dionne and Alexandra Burke's duet of Heartbreaker and then practising his air drumming when Tony Hadley sang 'Gold'

Anyone know how far the album is along?

Joe's back in the recording studio this week. They seem to be quite a way on with song choices - including some co-written by Joe and we have a release date of 17th September

If there are any techie wizards out there who would know why, in a situation where there are two computers sharing an internet connection, one of them can get onto Joe-Nuts and the other cannot, please share your pearls of wisdom.

These are the things we have been advised so far:

Usual advice, clear your browser "cache" - temporary internet files, browser history, cookies.

If that doesn't work, turn off computer.
Reset modem (and router if applicable).

Reboot computer.

As both our members reported getting occasional connections but with images missing the following additional suggestions were made, based on improving the connection speed.

Make sure the anti-virus and anti-spyware is scanning regularly. Try turning the anti-virus off and accessing the Joe-Nuts site. Don't forget to turn it back on again afterwards.

Make sure you don't have lots of un-needed start-up or background utilities slowing your system/connection down.
